Ministry Of Labor Organizes Introductory Seminar On Work Permits Services

Doha: The Ministry of Labor has organized today an introductory seminar under the title “New Services of the Work Permits Department,” as part of efforts to educate establishment owners about the updates made by the Ministry of Labor’s departments on the services provided within the strategy of developing smart electronic services, upgrading it in the work sector and contributing to facilitating and speeding up the delivery of services provided for those dealing with the Ministry.

During the seminar the representatives of the Work Permits Department reviewed the most prominent new services for six new different requests including: a request for a work permit, a request for renewing a work permit, a request for cancelling a work permit, a request for issuing a Labour recruitment approval, a request for renewing the validity of a Labour recruitment approval, a request for amending a Labour recruitment approval.

At the end of the seminar the representatives of the department answered the inquiries and questions of the establishment owners about the new services related to the management of work permits.
The organization of this seminar comes as part of a series of seminars organized by the Ministry with the aim of enhancing the awareness of the establishment owners of its electronic services and without the need to visit the external offices of the Ministry as part of its endeavor to accelerate the completion of transactions and simplify procedures for the public.

الدوحة: نظمت وزارة العمل ندوة تعريفية تحت عنوان “الخدمات الجديدة لإدارة تراخيص العمل”، وذلك في إطار جهود توعية أصحاب المنشآت بالتحديثات التي قامت بها إدارات وزارة العمل على الخدمات المقدمة ضمن استراتيجية تطوير الخدمات الإلكترونية الذكية والارتقاء بها في قطاع العمل، والإسهام في تيسير وسرعة إنجاز الخدمات المقدمة للمتعاملين مع الوزارة.

واستعرض ممثلو إدارة تراخيص العمل خلال الندوة أبرز الخدمات الجديدة لستة طلبات متنوعة منها: طلب ترخيص عمل، وطلب تجديد ترخيص عمل، وطلب إلغاء ترخيص عمل، وطلب إصدار موافقة استقدام عمالية، وطلب تجديد صلاحية موافقة استقدام عمالية، وطلب تعديل موافقة استقدام عمالية.

وأجاب ممثلو الإدارة في نهاية الندوة عن استفسارات وأسئلة أصحاب المنشآت حول الخدمات الجديدة المتعلقة بإدارة تراخيص العمل.

تجدر الإشارة إلى أن تنظيم هذه الندوة يأتي ضمن سلسلة الندوات التي تنظمها الوزارة بهدف تعزيز وعي أصحاب المنشآت بخدماتها الإلكترونية ودون الحاجة إلى مراجعة المكاتب الخارجية للوزارة ضمن سعيها إلى تسريع إنجاز المعاملات وتبسيط الإجراءات أمام الجمهور.
