HEC Paris in Qatar to organise two online masterclass sessions this month

HEC Paris – Qatar will be organising two online masterclass sessions in June designed to support companies and their teams as they embrace and prepare for a new tomorrow.
The first masterclass, scheduled for Monday, June 8, is titled ‘Leading with Sense’ and will be hosted by Professor Valérie Gauthier, and ‘Corporate Bovarism: What Leaders and Managers should do now to ensure Strategic Success’ will be held on June 23 by Professor Wolfgang Amann.
The masterclass ‘Leading with Sense’ will discuss the building of sustainable and trustworthy relationships within complex systems and using one’s leadership skills to inspire people towards meaningful innovation. Professor Dr. Valérie Gauthier, who was decorated as Knight of the National Order of the Legion of Honor in 2010, served as Dean of the HEC MBA Program from 2002 to 2010.

HEC Paris masterclass sessions are designed to strengthen leadership skills necessary for senior business managers to flourish in their roles.

كشفت جامعة الدراسات العليا لإدارة الأعمال (HEC Paris) عن عزمها تنظيم جلستين تعليميتين عبر الإنترنت خلال شهر يونيو، لتحضير الشركات والعاملين فيها للمرحلة المقبلة من المستقبل.
وتحمل الجلسة الأولى عنوان «القيادة الحكيمة»، وستُقام يوم الاثنين 8 يونيو 2020 تحت إشراف البروفيسورة فاليري غوتييه. بينما تحمل الجلسة الثانية عنوان «الغطرسة المؤسسية: كيف يضمن القادة والمدراء تحقيق النجاح الاستراتيجي في يومنا هذا»، والتي ستُعقد بتاريخ 23 يونيو، تحت إشراف البروفيسور وولفجانج أمان.
وستبحث الجلسة الأولى آلية بناء علاقات مستدامة وموثوقة داخل الأنظمة المعقدة، واستخدام مهارات القيادة لإلهام الناس وتشجيعهم على تبنّي مبادئ الابتكار الهادف. ويذكر أنّ البروفيسورة والدكتورة فاليري غوتييه، التي نالت وسام جوقة الشرف الوطني برتبة فارس عام 2010، كانت عميدة برنامج ماجستير إدارة الأعمال في الجامعة من 2002 إلى 2010.
وتهدف الجلستان التعليميتان إلى تمكين كبار مديري الأعمال من تطوير مهاراتهم القيادية التي تضمن لهم النجاح في تأدية الأدوار الوظيفية. كما ستساهم المناقشات التفاعلية خلال الجلستين في منح المشاركين تحليلات معمقة حول أبرز مواضيع الابتكار، مثل سُبل التحلي بالقدرات الإبداعية في السياق المهني، وعوامل تعزيز الابتكار لدى الأفراد، بالإضافة إلى تحديد السياق المهني المثالي الذي يضمن لفرق العمل تأدية المهام بأساليب أكثر ابتكاراً.
