QIB: 250 individuals awarded cash prizes in MISK draws

Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) has awarded more than 250 winners with cash prizes in the third edition of its innovative savings and draw account, MISK. The MISK account comes as part of the Bank’s ongoing efforts to promote positive financial habits and encourage individuals to save money.
Existing and new QIB customers interested in opening a MISK Savings Account, can do so easily, from anywhere, at any time, simply by reaching out to their mobile phone and using the award-winning QIB Mobile App.
New customers can start their relationship with QIB by opening the MISK account through the mobile app and subsequently start using the app to manage all their day-to-day banking needs remotely having access to more than 90 features and services. Upon opening the account, customers will receive a free debit card, free e-statement service, and can request a free for the first year credit card backed by the funds balance in their MISK account.
MISK has witnessed two previous successful editions, awarding a total of 490 loyal QIB Customers, where two lucky winners walked home with QR1m each. All the draws are held in the presence of official representatives from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, as well as QIB representatives.
The names of the winners from the most recent draws are published on QIB’s website. Due to the increasing popularity of the account, in this years’ edition, QIB has doubled the number of weekly winners to 545 and will award QR7.4m in total.
Every week, 10 lucky winners are entitled to QR10,000 each, and two monthly winners are eligible for QR50,000 each. While the grand prize draw for the QR1m will take place in November 2020. The QIB Mobile App has undergone an immense transformation over the years, to keep up with the hyper-connected, online world.
Regular updates to the app make it easier than ever to bank on the go, 24/7, as they were developed to meet the customers’ daily banking requirements.
Customers can conveniently enjoy a contact-free banking experience with QIB by completely banking remotely using QIB’s Mobile App or Internet Banking that has over 90 features, available 24/7, that serve the customers’ daily banking needs.
All Qatari citizens and residents are eligible to open an innovative MISK Savings Account for themselves or their minor children. Customers have to maintain a minimum monthly balance of QR10,000 to be eligible for the weekly draws.
To qualify for the grand prize draw, the customer must open the account three months prior to the draw and maintain a minimum of QR10,000 for each of those months. Every additional QR10,000 earns the customer one more chance in the draw.

قال مصرف قطر الإسلامي (المصرف) أنه قدم جوائز نقدية قيّمة لما يزيد على 250 فائزاً وفائزة وذلك في النسخة الثالثة من جوائز حساب التوفير «مسك» المبتكر الذي أُطلقه في إطار جهوده المستمرة لتشجيع العملاء على ثقافة الادخار.
وأشار المصرف إلى أنه يمكن للعملاء الحاليين والجدد التقدم بطلب فتح حساب «مسك» بطريقة سهلة وآمنة ومريحة في أي وقت ومن أي مكان عبر تطبيق جوال المصرف الحائز على عدة جوائز عالمية.
ويمكن للعملاء الجدد بدء علاقتهم مع المصرف عن طريق فتح حساب مسك من خلال تطبيق الجوال والاستفادة من الميزات المبتكرة والخدمات المصرفية، حيث يمكنهم بسهولة ويسر إدارة معظم معاملاتهم المصرفية اليومية، من خلال الوصول إلى أكثر من 90 ميزة وخدمة. وعند فتح الحساب باستخدام التطبيق، سيحصل العملاء مجاناً على بطاقة خصم، كما سيكون بإمكانهم طلب الحصول على بطاقة ائتمانية مجانية للسنة الأولى مدعومة برصيدهم في حساب مسك.
وشهد حساب «مسك» نسختين سابقتين تم خلالهما منح 490 عميلاً من عملاء المصرف جوائز نقدية قيّمة، في حين حصل فائزان محظوظان على الجائزة الكبرى وقيمتها مليون ريال قطري لكل منهما. وقد أجريت كافة السحوبات بحضور ممثلين رسميين عن وزارة التجارة والصناعة وممثلين عن المصرف، كما تمّ الإعلان عن كافة أسماء الفائزين بالسحوبات الأخيرة على الموقع الرسمي للمصرف.
ونظراً لتزايد الإقبال على فتح حسابات التوفير «مسك»، ضاعف المصرف عدد الفائزين بالجائزة الأسبوعية لهذا العام ليصبح 545 فائزاً، حيث تصل قيمة الجوائز النقدية إلى 7.4 مليون ريال قطري. وسيحصل 10 فائزين محظوظين أسبوعياً على جائزة وقدرها 10,000 ريال قطري لكل منهم، بينما سيفوز عميلان محظوظان بالجائزة الشهرية التي تبلغ قيمتها 50 ألف ريال قطري لكل منهما. أما الجائزة الكبرى وقيمتها مليون ريال قطري فسيتم السحب عليها في شهر نوفمبر 2020.
ويحق لجميع المواطنين القطريين والمقيمين فتح حساب التوفير «مسك» لهم أو لأبنائهم القاصرين. ويتعين على العملاء الاحتفاظ برصيد شهري قيمته 10,000 ريال قطري كحد أدنى للدخول في السحوبات الأسبوعية. وللتأهل لفرصة الدخول في السحب على الجائزة الكبرى، يتوجب على العميل فتح الحساب قبل ثلاثة أشهر من السحب، والاحتفاظ بحد أدنى 10,000 ريال قطري خلال تلك الشهور.
