Find out what documents are required to apply for an exception to register a student in public schools

The Ministry of Education and Higher Education announced that the applications for exemption requests for children of private and non-working workers for the academic year 2020/2021, to register in public schools will be May 10, 2020 to 23 May 2020.

The ministry posted through its official Twitter account the documents required for applying:

1- A copy of the Qatari ID card for the guardian from both sides.

2- A copy of the Qatari ID card for the mother from both sides

3- A copy of the Student’s Qatari ID card from both sides

4- A letter from the guardian’s employer signed and stamped (updated at least one month from the date of applying) explaining the job and the total salary

5- Bank statement (bank certificate for the last three months)

6- The lease of the house/electricity bill (compulsory).

7- A copy of the student’s birth certificate.

Additional documents depending on the cases:

Support certificate approved by a legal forum

Divorce certificate approved by a legal forum

How to apply:

The application is submitted on the official website of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education during the available period through the link to apply for the exemption requests for children of private and non-working workers https://rfe.edu.gov.qa, with the need to verify the availability of all the required documents above and to be uploaded to the system.

أعلنت وزارة التعليم والتعليم العالي عن أن تقديم طلبات استثناء أبناء العاملين في القطاع الخاص والغير عاملين للعام الاكاديمي 2020/2021م، للتسجيل بالمدارس الحكومية سيكون 10 مايو 2020 إلى تاريخ 23 مايو 2020.

ونشرت الوزارة عبر حسابها الرسمي على تويتر المستندات المطلوبة للتقديم، وهي:

1- نسخة من البطاقة الشخصية القطرية لولي الأمر من الجانبين

2- نسخة من البطاقة الشخصية القطرية للأم من الجانبين

3- نسخة من البطاقة الشخصية القطرية للطالب من الجانبين

4- كتاب من جهة عمل ولي الأمر موقع ومختوم (محدث لا يقل عن شهر من موعد التقديم) موضحاً به الوظيفة والراتب الإجمالي

5- كشف الحساب البنكي (شهادة بنكية بآخر ثلاث شهور)

6- عقد إيجار المنزل/ إفادة الكهرباء (إجباري).

7-  نسخة من شهادة ميلاد الطالب.

مستندات أخرى إضافية وفق الحالات:

شهادة الإعالة معتمدة من جهة قانونية

شهادة الطلاق معتمدة من جهة قانونية.

طريقة تقديم الطلب:

يتم تقديم الطلب بالدخول على الموقع الرسمي لوزارة التعليم والتعليم العالي خلال الفترة المتاحة من خلال رابط تقديم طلبات استثناء أبناء العاملين بالقطاع الخاص والغير عاملين https://rfe.edu.gov.qa ، مع ضرورة التحقق من توفر جميع المستندات المطلوبة أعلاها وليتم رفعها على النظام.
