Avoid making these 6 mistakes during Quarantine

Qatar Medical Association pointed out that there are 6 mistakes in which some fall during home quarantine calling for avoiding them, the first of which is direct contact between family members, you must choose a room in the house and a separate internal bathroom if possible, the second mistake is to receive visitors at home, while the third mistake is to touch the eye, nose and mouth, emphasizing the importance of maintaining hand washing for 20 seconds and using tissue paper for drying.

It is also a mistake for the family to come together to eat and it is preferable to have meals in the rooms and use single-use plastic utensils. The association noted that it is also a common mistake not to cover the mouth and nose during coughing and sneezing, and warned against leaving the house.

 أوضحت جمعية الأطباء القطرية أن هناك 6 أخطاء يقع فيها البعض خلال الحجر المنزلي داعية إلى تجنبها، أولها الاحتكاك المُباشر بين أفراد العائلة، حيث يجب اختيار غرفة في المنزل وحمّام داخلي مُنفصل إن أمكن، أما الخطأ الثاني فهو استقبال الزوار في المنزل، في حين أن الخطأ الثالث هو مُلامسة العين والأنف والفم، مُشدّدة على أهمية المُداومة على غسل اليدين لمدة 20 ثانية واستخدام مناديل ورقية للتجفيف.

ومن الأخطاء أيضاً اجتماع العائلة معاً لتناول الطعام ويُفضّل تناول الوجبات داخل الغرف واستخدام الأواني البلاستيكية ذات الاستخدام الواحد. ونوّهت الجمعية إلى أن من الأخطاء الشائعة أيضاً عدم تغطية الفم والأنف أثناء السعال والعطس، كما حذّرت من مُغادرة المنزل.
