It is worth mentioning that al-Maha medical supplies factory, one of the national projects in The State of Qatar, was established by Al-Maha Medical Company, a specialised company in the medical field, which has been working in the Qatari market for years in the field of equipment, medicines and medical supplies, and then The idea of strengthening national industries came, the al-Maha medical supplies factory was established, which will cover the needs of the market of consumables and medical supplies, and then the expansion and export of all GCC countries and other countries around the world, al-Maha Factory for Medical Supplies, is the first factory in the same Specialization within Qatar and the GCC countries with the ISO 9001 administrative quality mark and quality mark in the field of medical equipment and supplies ISO 13485, in addition to products obtaining the European quality certificate CE, which qualifies the factory for export to all countries including European countries.

Al-Maha factory is currently working to cover the market need of medical face masks, which the production capacity of the factory after the expansion will reach about 17 million masks per month, as well as providing the market with alcoholic scanners necessary for sterilization and disinfection, and His Excellency has praised the operation process of the factory during the visit, which takes into account the highest standards of quality and safety, as well as the fact that most of the lines used in production are European lines operating automatically, ensuring the safety and quality of the product.

يزود السوق بالماسحات الكحولية والضمادات

في إطار سعي القطاع الخاص للمساهمة في تأمين احتياجات الدولة في القطاع الطبي في الوقت الحالي، انطلق خط إنتاج مصنع المها للمستلزمات الطبية، وستساهم في تأمين احتياج دولة قطر من منتجات هامة خلال المرحلة الحالية وهي: الكمامات الطبية 3 طبقات مع فلتر مضاد للبكتيريا، وضمادات طبية معقمة (8 طيات -12 طية -16 طية) بجميع القياسات المطلوبة، وضمادات طبية غير معقمة (8 طيات -12 طية -16 طية) بجميع القياسات المطلوبة، ومسحات طبية مشبعة بالكحول 70 % ايزوبروبيل، وأغطية الرأس والقدم المستخدمة في التعقيم، والقفازات الطبية والتي يتم تعبئتها بالمصنع، وكذلك ضمادات الجروح وغيرها من المنتجات المتعددة.

ومن الجدير بالذكر أن مصنع المها لصناعة المستلزمات الطبية، هو أحد المشاريع الوطنية بدولة قطر، أُنشأ المصنع من قِبل شركة المها الطبية وهي شركة متفردة في المجال الطبي، تعمل في السوق القطري منذ سنوات في مجال المعدات والأدوية والمستلزمات الطبية، ثم جاءت فكرة تعزيز الصناعات الوطنية، فتم إنشاء مصنع المها للمستلزمات الطبية والذي سيغطي احتياجات السوق من المستهلكات والمستلزمات الطبية، ثم التوسع والتصدير لجميع دول مجلس التعاون والدول الأخرى حول العالم، يُعد مصنع المها للمستلزمات الطبية، المصنع الأول في ذات التخصص داخل دولة قطر ودول مجلس التعاون الحاصل على علامة الجودة الإدارية ISO 9001 وعلامة الجودة في مجال المعدات والمستلزمات الطبية ISO 13485؛ بالإضافة إلى حصول المنتجات على شهادة الجودة الأوروبية CE، مما يؤهل المصنع للتصدير لجميع الدول بما فيها الدول الأوروبية.

يعمل مصنع المها حالياً على تغطية احتياج السوق من الكمامات الطبية والتي سيصل الطاقة الإنتاجية لها بالمصنع بعد التوسعة لحوالي 17 مليون كمامة بالشهر، وكذلك تزويد السوق بالماسحات الكحولية اللازمة للتعقيم والتطهير، وقد أشاد معاليه خلال الزيارة بعملية التشغيل بالمصنع والتي تراعي أعلى معايير الجودة والسلامة، فضلاً عن كون أغلب الخطوط المستخدمة في الإنتاج هي خطوط أوروبية تعمل بشكل أوتوماتيكي مما يضمن الحفاظ على سلامة المنتج وجودته بشكل متميز.
