Qatar Sports For All Federation Launches Partnership Program with Tariq Bin Ziad School

Doha: Qatar Sports For All Federation (QSFA) has launched a cooperation and partnership program with Tariq Bin Ziad elementary school, in coordination with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE), within the school visits plan organized by QSFA to expand societal sports activities during the whole academic year.

The training program includes Muay Thai sport, football, jogging and a wide range of recreational activities aimed at developing students’ capabilities, unlocking their skills, and encouraging them to constantly practice sports.

QSFA Director of Events and Activities Abdullah Al Dosari affirmed that cooperation with Tariq Bin Ziad school comes within the QSFA’s strategy that aims to propagate the culture of sports in all sections and community segments.
The primary objective is to have a generation that believes in sports with the necessary continuation of sports and physical activities to strengthen societal health, Al Dosari said.

He added that the cooperation expands the success opportunities for QSFA’s plans and achieves its objectives through activating these activities, particularly school football league that support sports sector through discovering the talents.

Meanwhile, QSFA continued its field trips to schools and carried out a new tour to Tariq Bin Ziad elementary school within the activities of QSFA’s sports league that includes several schools in the southern, northern, and central regions for both genders.

The events featured the participation of 150 students from both genders held under the supervision of professional trainers with the participation of six teams for boys, while contests among girls were held between two teams only.

Following the end of the matches, the organizing committee crowned the winning teams with cups and medals, as well as honoring the participants with incentive awards.
The tournament contests will run for three weeks through three separate tournaments covering the aforementioned regions to ensure reaching out to pupils from both genders in schools.

الدوحة: أعلن الاتحاد القطري للرياضة للجميع عن إطلاق برنامج للتعاون والشراكة، مع مدرسة طارق بن زياد الابتدائية، وذلك بالتنسيق مع وزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم العالي، وضمن خطة الزيارات المدرسية التي ينظمها الاتحاد بهدف توسيع مجال النشاط الرياضي، المجتمعي طوال العام الدراسي.

ويشتمل البرنامج التدريبي على رياضة المواي تاي، وكرة القدم، والجري، وبعض التحديات الترفيهية المنوعة، لتنمية قدرات الطلاب وإطلاق مهاراتهم، وتشجيعهم على ممارسة الرياضة بشكل مستمر.

وأكد السيد عبد الله الدوسري، مدير الفعاليات والأنشطة بالاتحاد القطري للرياضة للجميع، أن التعاون مع مدرسة طارق بن زياد يأتي ضمن استراتيجية الاتحاد، الرامية لنشر ثقافة الرياضة، في كل القطاعات والفئات المجتمعية.

وأضاف الدوسري في تصريح له اليوم: “هدفنا المساهمة في خلق جيل يؤمن بأهمية ممارسة الرياضة، وضرورة الاستمرار في النشاط الرياضي والبدني، وبما يسهم في تعزيز الصحة المجتمعية”.

وتابع: “هذا التعاون يوسع فرص نجاح خطط الاتحاد، وتحقيق أهدافه، وذلك عن طريق تفعيل تلك الأنشطة، وبخاصة دوري المدارس لكرة القدم، والذي يمكن أن يدعم القطاع الرياضي، من خلال اكتشاف الموهوبين”.

وفي الإطار ذاته تواصلت الزيارات المدرسية لاتحاد الرياضة للجميع، من خلال جولة جديدة بمدرسة طارق بن زياد الابتدائية، ضمن فعاليات بطولة دوري الرياضة للجميع لكرة القدم بالمدارس، والذي يضم مدارس من المناطق الجنوبية والشمالية والوسطى ويشمل البنين والبنات.

وشهدت الفعاليات مشاركة 150 طالبا وطالبة، وأقيمت تحت إشراف مدربين متخصصين، وبمشاركة 6 فرق للبنين، بينما جرت مسابقات البنات بين فريقين فقط.

وعقب انتهاء المباريات توجت اللجنة المنظمة الفرق الفائزة بالكؤوس والميداليات فضلا عن تكريم المشاركين بجوائز تشجيعية.

وتستمر منافسات البطولة على مدار 3 أسابيع، من خلال ثلاث بطولات منفصلة، تغطي تلك المناطق، وذلك بهدف تأكيد مبدأ الوصول إلى التلاميذ والتلميذات في المدارس.

يشار الى أن الاتحاد القطري للرياضة للجميع، يركز في الجولات والزيارات الميدانية للمدارس، على تنظيم الفعاليات الرياضية، التي تهتم بالتعليم والتدريب والسعي لتنمية مهارات الطلبة وتشجيعهم على ممارسة هذه الأنشطة.
