One of Qatar’s most highly anticipated and sought-after residential facilities — the contemporary designed Hilton Doha The Pearl Residences – was officially declared open yesterday.
Owned by the Kuwaiti-backed First Qatar Real Estate Development Company (1st Qatar), the property, the largest Hilton in Qatar and the company’s first serviced residence in the country, has been hailed by 1st Qatar’s Chairman and CEO, Fahad Khalid Al Ghunaim, as a watershed moment for his organisation.
“This is our first hospitality development and one which demonstrates our confidence in the Qatari market and its sustainability while sending a clear signal of our commitment to the very highest of quality build and outfitting,” he said.
The opening represents a milestone for Hilton, strengthening its presence and its commitment to sustainable travel across Qatar, according to Etienne Gailliez, Hilton Country General Manager, Qatar. “The moment that we’ve all been waiting for has finally arrived,” he said.

The stunning 38-storey, world-class property is just 30 minutes away from Hamad International Airport and stands within The Pearl Qatar’s Qanat Quartier at the gateway to the island. A smart building, where guests have digital keyless access features 414 stylish, fully furnished accommodation choices and comprises a series of high-end fine dining options, a temperature-controlled outdoor pool, soon-to-open private beach, and a kids’ club.

وفي هذا الصدد، قال الغنيم: «يشكّل الفندق الجديد أول مشاريع الضيافة الخاصة بالشركة، ويأتي بمثابة تأكيد على ثقتنا بالسوق القطري واستدامته، وعلى التزامنا بأعلى معايير الجودة في البناء والتصميم».
خطوة مهمة
وبدوره؛ قال إتيان جيليز، المدير العام الإقليمي لدى «هيلتون» في قطر: «يمثّل افتتاح الفندق الجديد خطوة مهمة بالنسبة للعلامة تعزّز من حضورها في قطر والتزامها بالسفر المستدام، وقد حانت أخيراً اللحظة التي طال انتظارها. وتمتلك «هيلتون» مجموعة متميزة من الفنادق الفاخرة في مختلف أنحاء قطر من ثلاثة علامات تجارية، ويشكل «هيلتون الدوحة ذا بيرل ريزيدنس» إضافة متميزة لمحفظتها في الدولة. وسيلعب هذا الافتتاح دوراً محورياً في عروض السياحة المتنامية في قطر، ونتطلع إلى استضافة السكان والسياح العالميين في الفندق الفاخر الجديد».
وجهة فاخرة
يقع الفندق -المؤلّف من 38 طابقاً- في «قناة كارتييه»عند مدخل جزيرة «اللؤلؤة – قطر»، ويبعد 30 دقيقة عن مطار حمد الدولي. وتمتاز الوجهة الفاخرة باعتمادها على الدخول الرقمي دون مفاتيح؛ حيث تحتضن 414 من خيارات الإقامة كاملة التجهيزات وعالية الجودة، وتضمّ سلسلة من المطاعم الفاخرة وحوض سباحة خارجياً مزوّداً بأنظمة للتحكم بدرجة الحرارة، فضلاً عن شاطئ خاص سيُفتتح قريباً ونادي الأطفال. كما يتضمّن الفندق السبا والنادي الصحي «إيفوريا» الخاص بعلامة «هيلتون»، والذي يعتمد على منتجات «إلميس آند سوذيس»، بالإضافة إلى 6 قاعات لعقد الاجتماعات ومركز الأعمال الذي يقدّم خدماته على مدار اليوم.
خيارات عدّة
ويوفّر الفندق مجموعة واسعة من خيارات وحدات الاستوديو، والشقق المفروشة المؤلّفة من غرفة أو غرفتين أو ثلاث غرف نوم، بالإضافة إلى شقق «تاون هاوس» المكونة من طابقين. وقد تم تصميم المساكن الفاخرة بطريقة مميزة تنبض بلمسات جمالية، مع تجهيزها بأفضل المطابخ العصرية وغرف المعيشة المزودة بأرائك مريحة، بالإضافة إلى مناطق مخصصة لتناول الطعام وحمامات خاصة ضمن كل جناح. كما تتميز غرف الفندق بنوافذ واسعة تسمح بدخول الضوء الطبيعي، ولمسات جمالية ذهبية اللون ومعدات إضاءة متطورة تنير المساحات المفتوحة الواسعة. وتضمّ جميع الغرف شرفات فسيحة مع إطلالات ساحرة على مياه الخليج العربي، ما يضمن للزوار مشاهدة أروع مناظر غروب الشمس الأخّاذة من قلب الجزيرة الساحرة.
وإلى جانب الشقق الفاخرة، يقدّم «هيلتون الدوحة ذا بيرل ريزيدنس» مجموعة من المطاعم المبتكرة، ومنها مطعم «ذا كيتشن» المميز بمطبخه العالمي، و«مالبيري تافرن» بطابع عصري ومريح، ومطعم «ليفانتين» الذي يوفر للذواقة أشهى الأطباق اللبنانية الأصيلة بتوقيع الشيف اللبناني العالمي الشهير والمبدع جو برزة.
وسيلتزم الفندق بمبادئ الاستدامة، وهذا ما أكده الوحيدي بقوله: «نبذل قصارى جهدنا لتوفير فندق صديق للبيئة عبر تطبيق سياسة استخدام المنتجات القابلة للتحلل والاستغناء عن البلاستيك».
