Qatargas celebrates Qatar National Day
«قطرغاز» تنفذ احتفالية بمناسبة اليوم الوطني
Qatargas celebrated Qatar National Day with employees at multiple locations throughout Qatar, and at the Company’s liaison offices in South Korea, Japan, Thailand and China.
In support of Qatar National Day (QND, a giant glass wrap was mounted on the Qatargas’ headquarters building in Doha.
The glass sticker features an image of His Highness the Amir, the QND emblem and one of the most prominent architectural monuments in Doha – the arches of Interchange 5/6.
The iconic arches symbolise the country’s resilience and ability to overcome challenges. Inscribed with the National Day slogan in Arabic, the sticker also includes a quotation from the country’s founder Sheikh Jassim bin Mohamed bin Thani.
Qatargas liaison offices around the world celebrated Qatar National Day with ceremonies, held in cooperation with Qatar’s embassies in the respective countries, and media advertisements wishing the government and people of Qatar continued peace and prosperity.
A unique global energy operator in terms of size, service and reliability, Qatargas operates 14 LNG trains with a production capacity of 77mn tonnes per year, two helium plants that make Qatar the world’s largest exporter of helium and the second largest producer, two of the world’s largest condensate refineries, and the world’s largest chartered fleet of LNG vessels.
Qatargas is currently executing the North Field Expansion (NFE) project on behalf of Qatar Petroleum that will take the State of Qatar’s current LNG production capacity to 110mn tpy by 2024.
احتفلت قطرغاز، أمس، باليوم الوطني مع موظفيها في أماكن مختلفة بالدولة، وفي مكاتب الاتصال الخارجية في كوريا الجنوبية واليابان وتايلاند والصين. وقد تم تزيين مبنى مقر الشركة بملصق عملاق تم تثبيته حول زجاج المبنى للاحتفال بهذا اليوم. ويعرض هذا الملصق صورة حضرة صاحب السمو الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني أمير البلاد المفدى، وشعار اليوم الوطني، وأحد أبرز المعالم الأثرية في الدوحة، ألا وهي: أقواس التقاطُع 5/6. وترمز الأقواس إلى عزم ومرونة دولة قطر وقدرتها على التغلُّب على التحديات والصِعاب. ويتضمن الملصق تحت شعار اليوم الوطني باللغة العربية اقتباساً لشطر من أبيات المؤسس الشيخ جاسم بن محمد بن ثاني.
هذا وقد أقامت مكاتب الاتصال الخارجية لشركة قطرغاز في جميع أنحاء العالم، احتفالات اليوم الوطني بالتعاون مع سفارات دولة قطر في البلدان المعنية، كما نشرت إعلانات إعلامية مُتمنية لحكومة وشعب دولة قطر مواصلة السلام والرخاء والازدهار.
ومن الجدير بالذكر أن قطرغاز تعدُّ أكبر منتج للغاز الطبيعي المسال في العالم، وهي تُشغِّل 14 خطاً لإنتاج الغاز الطبيعي المسال بقدرة إنتاج إجمالية تبلغ 77 مليون طن سنوياً، كما أنها تقوم بتشغيل مصنعان للهيليوم يجعلان قطر أكبر مصدر وثاني أكبر منتج للهيليوم في العالم، وتمتلك قطرغاز كذلك مصفاتان من أضخم مصافي المُكثِّفات في العالم، وتمتلك أضخم أسطول لناقلات الغاز الطبيعي المسال المُستأجرة. وتقوم شركة قطرغاز حالياً بتنفيذ مشروع توسعة حقل الشمال بالنيابة عن قطر للبترول، والذي سيرفع الطاقة الإنتاجية الحالية للغاز الطبيعي المسال في دولة قطر إلى 110 ملايين طن سنوياً بحلول عام 2024.
