Baladna shares begin trading on Qatar Stock Exchange
إدراج أسهم “بلدنا” للتداول في بورصة قطر
Doha: The Baladna, which recently concluded its initial public offer, made a debut on Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE), yesterday.
The opening price on the first day of trading was QR1.02, the last traded transaction price stood at QR1.00, the highest price was QR1.07 and the lowest price was QR0.99. With the listing of Baladna, the total number of listed companies on QSE reached 47. The QSE benchmark index edged up 0.22 percent, yesterday.
Baladna’s shares were listed with the code “BLDN” and are traded in the consumers goods and services.
The listing was marked by an event which saw Rashid bin Ali Al Mansoori, CEO of the Qatar Stock Exchange; Baladna Chairman Moutaz Al Khayyat; Vice-Chairman Mohammad Al Sada and Baladna Managing Director and Board member Ramez Al-Khayyat, ringing the bell. The listing event was also attended by senior management from Baladna Food Industries and Power International Holding, strategic investors, and transaction advisors.
“This is an exciting day for Baladna and for Qatar.We are immensely proud of the response we have had from investors, which is a strong vote of confidence in both the market and our exciting future. We’re delighted to welcome Qatari citizens as investors and share in the company’s success as part-owners of Qatar’s fast-expanding fresh dairy and beverage industry”, Moutaz Al Khayyat, Group Chairman of Baladna commented after the listing ceremony.
“We are proud to be the 47th company to be traded on the Qatar Stock Exchange, after the conclusion of a successful and oversubscribed IPO. We are now focused on delivering the results set out in our growth plans, and maintaining our commitment to ensuring Qatar’s self-sufficiency in diary”, he added.
“The market’s response is positive. It’s free float today. The price fluctuation for Baladna will be allowed by 10 percent, up and down, as the case for all other listed companies, from tomorrow”, Rashid Al Mansoori told The Peninsula.
The company’s subscribers’ data have been available at the brokerage firms since Sunday, December 8, 2019, to allow investors to submit their buy/sell orders directly to the brokers.
The QSE CEO said the bourse’s performance was positive in 2019, in both in terms of revenue and listing. “There is growth in the exchange’s revenue. We see growing interests in market in terms of listing going forward. The 2020 will be exciting year.”
The market may soon see one more listing, probably from the real estate sector, Rashid bin Al Mansoori added.
Quoting Al Mansoori, QNA reported that there are companies operating in sectors such as health, industry and other sectors, which submitted files for listing on the stock exchange. Listing these companies needs time to complete the requirements for listing and organizational work related to it, stressing Qatar Exchange’s keenness to continue its promotional campaigns, either internally or externally, to introduce investors around the world to the Qatari financial market and the advantages of listing on the exchange.
Baladna was established on December 2nd, 2019 with an authorized capital of QR1.9bn, which is 100 percent paid in full.
تم اليوم في بورصة قطر إدراج أسهم شركة “بلدنا” للتداول ليرتفع بذلك عدد الشركات المدرجة في السوق إلى 47 شركة مساهمة عامة قطرية، وقد بدأت المراسم بقرع جرس الإدراج وذلك بحضور عدد من كبار الضيوف والمستثمرين والمهتمين وعدد من أعضاء مجلس إدارة بورصة قطر ورئيس وأعضاء مجلس إدارة شركة “بلدنا”.
وقد أدرجت أسهم شركة “بلدنا” تحت الرمز “BLDN” في قطاع الخدمات والسلع الاستهلاكية، حيث تم تعويم سعر السهم في يوم التداول الأول، وقد افتتح السعر لقاء 1.02 ريال وكان سعر آخر صفقة هو 1.00 ريال، وبلغ أعلى سعر له خلال جلسة التداول 1.07 ريال، وأدنى سعر له 0.99 ريال، وسيسمح اعتبارا من يوم غد بتذبذب السعر بنسبة 10% صعوداً وهبوطاً، شأنها في ذلك شأن الشركات الأخرى المدرجة في السوق.
وأكد السيد راشد المنصوري في تصريح على هامش إدراج شركة “بلدنا” في البورصة اليوم، أن أي إدراج في بورصة قطر يعتبر إضافة للسوق القطري، مشيرا إلى سعي البورصة لإدراج شركات جديدة خلال العام المقبل 2020، موضحا في هذا الإطار أن بورصة قطر بدأت في دراسة مجموعة من ملفات الشركات العائلية الراغبة في الإدراج ولكن تحديد وقت الإدراج يتوقف على الشركة نفسها من حيث الجاهزية وتلبية متطلبات الإدراج.
وأشار أيضا إلى وجود شركات تعمل بقطاعات كالصحة والصناعة وغيرها من القطاعات، قدمت ملفات للإدراج بالبورصة، منوها إلى أن إدراج هذه الشركات يحتاج إلى وقت للانتهاء من متطلبات الإدراج والأعمال التنظيمية المتعلقة به، مشددا على حرص بورصة قطر على الاستمرار في حملاتها الترويجية والتعريفية سواء داخليا أو خارجيا، لتعريف المستثمرين حول العالم بالسوق المالي القطري ومميزات الإدراج في البورصة.
بدوره، ثمن السيد عبدالعزيز العمادي مدير إدارة الإدراج في بورصة قطر، حرص شركة بلدنا على الإدراج ووصولها لأهدافها التي وضعتها بالشكل المطلوب، مشيرا إلى أن إدراج “بلدنا” يضيف خيارا استثماريا مهما للمستثمرين، خاصة وأن الشركة تعمل بمجال الإنتاج الغذائي من الألبان وغيرها وهو نشاط مهم لتنويع الأدوات الاستثمارية في بورصة قطر.
وأكد أن التزام الشركة بجميع المعايير والمتطلبات الخاصة بالإدراج وإعلانها عن أرباح متوقعة قابلة للتوزيع على مساهميها خلال العام الجاري 2019، يعتبر خطوة إيجابية تظهر مدى شفافيتها في إظهار المعلومات لجمهور المستثمرين، لافتا إلى أن عملية الإدراج تعود إلى أصحاب الشركات أنفسهم، مشيرا إلى وجود رغبة كبيرة لدى عدد من الشركات للإدراج في البورصة بمستوى أكبر من السنوات الماضية.
وبشأن إدراجات قطاع الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، أوضح العمادي أنه قطاع يحتاج إلى بعض الأنظمة والقوانين التي تخدمه وأن يتم تصنيف شركاته بشكل مختلف وذلك لضمان أن يكون هناك إقبال كبير على مثل هذا النوع من الشركات.
يذكر أن شركة بلدنا قد أسست بالشكل النهائي في 2 ديسمبر الجاري، برأس مال مرخص به ومصدر قيمته 1.9 مليار ريال، وهو مدفوع بالكامل بنسبة 100%.
وأهم أغراض شركة “بلدنا” هي إدارة شركة بلدنا للصناعات الغذائية والإشراف عليها ووضع استراتيجية أعمالها، حيث ستمارس الشركة الأغراض والأنشطة المتعددة التي نص عليها نظامها الأساسي، كتجارة الأغذية والألبان ومنتجاتها وإنتاج الحليب والزبادي ومنتجاتهما، بالإضافة إلى التأسيس والامتلاك والاستحواذ والبيع والاكتتاب ونقل الملكية أو التخصيص أو استرداد الأسهم وسندات القروض والصكوك وأية مصالح فيها أو في شركة تابعة أو في غيرها من الشركات والمنشآت واستثمار أي من أصول الشركة في الصناديق والأسهم والسندات والأدوات المالية، وامتلاك الأصول المنقولة والممتلكات العينية والفردية لتحقيق أغراضها.
وكانت بيانات المساهمين المكتتبين في الشركة قد أتيحت لدى شركات الوساطة اعتباراً من يوم الأحد الموافق الثامن من شهر ديسمبر الجاري استعدادا لتداول أسهمها، بحيث استطاع المساهمون اعتباراً من ذلك التاريخ مراجعة شركات الوساطة مباشرة لتسليم أوامر البيع أو الشراء.
