New fees for winter camps will be announced soon

A source at the Ministry of Municipality and Environment said that the concerned authorities in the ministry have started their preparations for the winter camping season for 2019-2020, pointing out that many meetings are held to study all matters related to the next season. To open registration for the new camping season in mid-October next to citizens wishing to register.

The source pointed to the launch of the new season on the same annual date, the first of November, explaining the announcement of the camping committee officially on the new fees for the camping season at the annual press conference, the fees approved by the Council of Ministers at its last meeting Wednesday.

He stressed that the municipality is continuing to develop all services and facilities supporting the camping season, pointing to the recent completion of the training of employees of government service complexes in order to improve the quality of services provided to those wishing to register for the camping season.

The development of electronic registration system for the winter camping season, noting that the provision of registration through the application (Aoun) available on smart phones and mobile devices contributed to the development and acceleration of registration procedures significantly last year.

The source told Al-Sharq that the camping committee intends to establish a camping operations room in order to provide effective management of the season and monitor the performance of the system and receive any complaints related to it and deal with it immediately, noting that the operating room for the new season will include all technical competencies capable of managing the work system, which includes: Online, application (AUN), government service centers.

The continuation of the division of registration in 3 successive stages, each of which includes a number of camping sites and allocated for each stage a specific day, stressing the focus on avoiding all the negatives that have been involved in the application of this system last year to ensure the development of quality of service provided to citizens and facilitate them.

The source confirmed that the last season was one of the most successful seasons of camping, noting that the committee has identified all the drawbacks that faced the two camps during the season and is preparing plans to avoid them during the new season.

He pointed out that the camping sites, which reached 17 sites during the last season, including 10 marine sites will not be drastic changes, stressing the Committee’s keenness to develop the services provided annually.

He pointed out that the new season will see a wider organization of services in camping sites, in addition to increasing the number of restaurants, cafes and other services needed by the camp with a lot of improvements.

He pointed out the commitment of the campers to the standards of hygiene as well as the timing of exit from the sites, pointing out that the lowest percentage of violations during the last season, which did not exceed the limit of 1%.

He pointed out that the Ministry of Municipality extended the last camping season until the end of April, pointing out that this decision was made in light of the great success of the season, stressing the success of awareness and education programs that accompany the season, in addition to inspection teams that roam the camping areas throughout the season.

The source pointed out the continuation of efforts to plant camping sites through the distribution of seedlings to the two camps.

أكد مصدر بوزارة البلدية والبيئة لــ الشرق أن الجهات المعنية بالوزارة بدأت استعداداتها المبكرة لموسم التخييم الشتوي لعام 2019 – 2020، مشيرا إلى عقد اجتماعات عديدة من أجل دراسة كافة الأمور المتعلقة بالموسم المقبل، وألمح إلى أن لجنة التخييم تستعد للإعلان عن تفاصيل الموسم الجديد قريباً، لافتاً إلى الإعداد لفتح باب التسجيل لموسم التخييم الجديد منتصف شهر أكتوبر المقبل أمام المواطنين الراغبين في التسجيل.

وأشار المصدر إلى انطلاق الموسم الجديد في نفس الموعد السنوي وهو الأول من نوفمبر المقبل، موضحاً إعلان لجنة التخييم رسمياً عن الرسوم الجديدة لموسم التخييم في المؤتمر الصحفي السنوي المخصص، وهي الرسوم التي وافق عليها مجلس الوزراء الموقر في اجتماعه الأخير الأربعاء.

وشدد على أن البلدية ماضية في تطوير كافة الخدمات والمرافق المساندة لموسم التخييم، مشيراً إلى الانتهاء مؤخراً من تدريب موظفي مجمعات الخدمات الحكومية من أجل الارتقاء بجودة الخدمات المقدمة للراغبين في التسجيل لموسم التخييم.

ولفت إلى تطوير النظام الإلكتروني الخاص بالتسجيل بموسم التخييم الشتوي، مشيرا إلى أن توفير التسجيل من خلال تطبيق (عون) المتوافر على الهواتف الذكية والأجهزة المتنقلة ساهم في تطوير وتسريع إجراءات التسجيل بشكل ملحوظ العام الماضي.

وذكر المصدر لــ الشرق أن لجنة التخييم تعتزم إنشاء غرفة عمليات التخييم من أجل توفير إدارة فعالة للموسم ومراقبة أداء النظام وتلقي أي شكاوى متصلة به ومعالجتها بصفة فورية، منوها بأن غرفة العمليات للموسم الجديد ستضم جميع الكفاءات الفنية القادرة على إدارة منظومة العمل التي تضم: موقع الوزارة على الإنترنت، وتطبيق (عون)، ومراكز الخدمات الحكومية.

وألمح إلى استمرار تقسيم التسجيل على 3 مراحل متتالية تتضمن كل منها عددا من مواقع التخييم ويخصص لكل مرحلة يوم محدد، مؤكدا التركيز على تلافي كافة السلبيات التي اكتنفت تطبيق هذا النظام العام الماضي بما يضمن تطوير جودة الخدمة المقدمة للمواطنين والتسهيل عليهم.

وأكد المصدر أن الموسم الماضي كان من أنجح مواسم التخييم، منبها إلى أن اللجنة قامت بحصر جميع والسلبيات التي واجهت المخيمين خلال الموسم وتعد خططا من أجل تلافيها خلال الموسم الجديد.

وأشار إلى أن مواقع التخييم التي بلغت 17 موقعا خلال الموسم الماضي منها 10 مواقع بحرية لن تكون فيها تغييرات جذرية، مؤكدا حرص اللجنة على تطوير الخدمات المقدمة بشكل سنوي.

ولفت إلى أن الموسم الجديد سيشهد تنظيماً أوسع للخدمات في مواقع التخييم، إضافة إلى زيادة عدد المطاعم والمقاهي وغيرها من الخدمات التي يحتاجها المخيم مع إدخال الكثير من التحسينات.

وأوضح التزام المخيمين بمعايير النظافة العامة وكذلك بمواقيت الخروج من المواقع، مشيرا إلى تسجيل أقل نسبة مخالفات ضمن الموسم الماضي والتي لم تتجاوز حد 1 %.

وذكر أن وزارة البلدية مددت موسم التخييم الماضي حتى نهاية أبريل المقبل، مشيرا إلى أن هذا القرار تم اتخاذه في ضوء النجاح الكبير للموسم، ومشدداً على نجاح برامج التوعية والتثقيف التي ترافق الموسم، إضافة إلى فرق التفتيش التي تجوب مناطق التخييم طوال الموسم.
