Msheireb Properties recognised for best nationalisation efforts in GCC
«مشيرب العقارية» أفضل مؤسسة خليجية في توطين الوظائف
Msheireb Properties, the national real estate developer and subsidiary of Qatar Foundation, won a prestigious award during the efficiencies of the fifth meeting of the GCC Labor and Social Affairs Ministers, in Muscat, Oman last week.
The award comes in recognition of Msheireb Properties’ efforts and commitment to nationalise jobs, scoring the highest percentage of national hires during 2019.
Hamad Al Naemi, Senior Manager, HR and Corporate Services, who received the award on behalf of Msheireb Properties, said: “It is such an honor to receive this acknowledgment of our policies and hard work to create job opportunities for locals, help them diversify their knowledge, and enhance their skills. We are committed to continue on this path in alignment with our business strategy.”
Ali Al Kuwari, Acting CEO, Msheireb Properties, said: “We are very pleased with this prize, which demonstrates the effectiveness of our HR and nationalisation policies. As a national real estate developer, we work towards achieving Qatar’s sustainable development goals and its 2030 vision by supporting Qatari talent and cultivating opportunities for local calibers to develop.” Msheireb Properties has won several awards earlier this year in recognition of its exemplary practices. Most recently, the company won the Gold RoSPA award, one of the most prestigious ones in the field of safety and security for the Zulal Health Resort.
فازت «مشيرب العقارية» شركة التطوير العقاري الوطنية التابعة لمؤسسة قطر للتربية والعلوم وتنمية المجتمع، بجائزة تكريمية على هامش فعاليات الاجتماع الخامس لوزراء العمل وشؤون التنمية الاجتماعية بمجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية، والذي انعقد يوم 4 سبتمبر الماضي في مسقط بسلطنة عمان. وقد قررت اللجنة المانحة استحقاق شركة مشيرب لهذه الجائزة؛ تقديراً للدور المتميز والجهود المخلصة التي بذلتها الشركة في مجال توفير فرص العمل للمواطنين، وتوطين الوظائف خلال العام 2019، وذلك أثناء الاحتفال السابع عشر التكريمي لمؤسسات القطاع الخاص المتميزة في مجال الإحلال والتوطين. وقد حضر بالإنابة عن شركة مشيرب العقارية السيد حمد النعيمي، مدير أول الموارد البشرية و الخدمات العامة، حيث قال معلقاً: «يشرفنا هذا التقدير للجهود التي بذلناها كشركة مشيرب العقارية لفتح مجالات تنموية أكبر أمام المواطنين، وتشجيعهم على صقل مهاراتهم وتطويرها، وفتح أبواب التدرج الوظيفي أمامهم. ولا نزال ملتزمين بتوسيع المجالات والفرص المهنية تحقيقاً لاستراتيجية الشركة في هذا الصدد». ومن جانبه، قال السيد علي الكواري الرئيس التنفيذي بالإنابة للشركة: «أسعدنا هذا التقدير الذي يثبت أننا على الطريق الصحيح فيما يخص سياسات الموارد البشرية ودعم التوطين. فنحن نسعى كشركة تطوير عقاري وطنية إلى المساهمة في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة لدولة قطر ورؤيتها للعام 2030، لدعم المواهب والكوادر القطرية، وفتح فرص التطور أمامها».
