Barwa to lease out hundreds of warehouses and workshops from mid-Sept
«بروة العقارية» تطرح مخازن وورش للإيجار منتصف الشهر الجاري
Doha: Barwa Real Estate has announced the completion of the construction of warehouses and workshops of Barwa Al Baraha project and will be available for lease from mid-September 2019.
The total land area of the project is 684,134 square meters and is located within the Barwa Al Baraha project behind the Labor City in Industrial Area (No. 91).
The total construction area of the project is about 193,000 square meters and includes 561 warehouses of 300 square meters each and 118 workshops of 144 square meters each.
For his part, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Barwa Real Estate Group Issa bin Mohammed Al Mohannadi praised the project that serves the Qatari market and comes within the framework of support for entrepreneurs and owners of small and medium enterprises which have an important and strategic place in the national economy system and constitute one of the most important sectors on which the Qatari market is betting in achieving economic diversification. These enterprises contribute well to national output.
Al Mohannadi also said that Barwa Real Estate is always working on studying projects that serve and support the urban and economic development of the country by providing competitive prices to reduce the rent prices in the local market.
أعلنت مجموعة بروة العقارية، عن بدء طرح مخازن وورش (بروة البراحة) للإيجار اعتبارا من منتصف شهر سبتمبر الجاري.
وأفادت الشركة في بيان لها أن إجمالي مساحة أرض المشروع الذي تم الانتهاء من أعمال التشييد والبناء فيه تبلغ 684.1 ألف متر مربع وتقع ضمن مشروع (بروة البراحة) خلف المدينة العمالية في المنطقة الصناعية (رقم 91).
ويبلغ إجمالي مساحتها البنائية حوالي 193 ألف متر مربع وتتضمن 561 مخزنا بمساحة 300 متر مربع لكل مخزن وأيضا 118 ورشة عمل بمساحة 144 مترا مربعا لكل ورشة.
من جانبه، أشاد السيد عيسى بن محمد المهندي نائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة والعضو المنتدب لمجموعة بروة العقارية بالمشروع، معتبرا أنه سيخدم السوق القطرية ويدعم في الوقت نفسه رواد الأعمال وأصحاب المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة والتي لها مكانة مهمة واستراتيجية في منظومة الاقتصاد الوطني وتشكل أحد أهم القطاعات التي تراهن عليها السوق القطرية في تحقيق التنويع الاقتصادي.
وقال المهندي إن بروة العقارية تعمل دائما على دراسة المشروعات التي تخدم وتدعم التنمية العمرانية والاقتصادية للدولة من خلال توفير مساحات بأسعار تنافسية تعمل على خفض أسعار الإيجارات بالسوق المحلية.
