QIB’s mall branches to work during Eid holidays
«المصرف» يواصل خدمة العملاء خلال عطلة «الأضحى»
Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) has announced that all its mall branches will be open from the evening of the second day of Eid al-Adha. QIB’s branch at Hamad International Airport (HIA) will remain open around the clock to serve all customers.
QIB’s mall branches are located at Al Gharafa (Q-Mall), City Center, Dar Al Salam Mall, The Gate Mall, Mall of Qatar, Doha Festival City, Tawar Mall, and Mirqab Mall.
QIB mall branches working hours are from 9am to 2.30pm for the morning shift and 3.30pm to 9pm for the evening shift. During the Eid holiday, those branches will offer cash withdrawal and deposit services only. All QIB branches will resume work as per their regular opening hours on August 14.
QIB’s digital platforms will remain available at all times (24/7). All customers are encouraged to use QIB’s award-winning mobile app, Internet banking, call centre 44448444, Interactive Teller Machines (Live Teller), and over 170 ATMs and cash deposit machines spread across the country.
QIB’s management ensures an efficient banking experience for customers throughout the mall branches and the 24/7 digital channels and extends the warmest greetings and wishes to all the people in Qatar on the blessed occasion of Eid al-Adha.
أعلن مصرف قطر الإسلامي «المصرف» أمس أن جميع فروعه في المجمعات التجارية ستفتح أبوابها بدءاً من مساء ثاني أيام عيد الأضحى المبارك، فيما سيستمر فرع مطار حمد الدولي مفتوحاً لخدمة العملاء على مدار الساعة.
تشمل فروع المصرف المفتوحة بدءاً من مساء ثاني أيام العيد: فرع الغرافة «كيو مول»، وفرع السيتي سنتر، وفرع مول دار السلام، وفرع ذي جيت مول، وفرع قطر مول، وفرع دوحة فستيفال سيتي، وفرع طوار مول، وفرع المرقاب. وستعمل فروع المصرف بالمجمعات التجارية للفترة الصباحية من 9:00 صباحاً وحتى 2:30 بعد الظهر، أما في الفترة المسائية فستعمل من 3:30 بعد الظهر حتى 9:00 مساءً، وخلال عطلة العيد ستقدم هذه الفروع خدمات السحب النقدي والإيداع فقط، وستعاود جميع فروع المصرف العمل كالمعتاد بعد عطلة العيد، وذلك يوم الأربعاء 14 أغسطس الحالي.
قنوات رقمية
وستبقى القنوات الرقمية للمصرف متاحة 24 ساعة و7 أيام في الأسبوع، وينصح المصرف جميع زبائنه باستخدام تطبيق جوال المصرف -الحائز على جوائز عالمية- والخدمات المصرفية عبر الإنترنت ومركز الاتصال 44448444، والصراف الآلي التفاعلي «الصراف المباشر» وأكثر من 170 جهاز صراف آلي وإيداع نقدي منتشرة في أنحاء قطر.
وتضمن إدارة المصرف للعملاء تجربة مصرفية فعالة في جميع أنحاء فروعه الموجودة في المجمعات التجارية والقنوات الرقمية المتاحة على مدار الساعة.
