Vodafone Qatar inaugurates call centre
«فودافون قطر» تفتتح مركز اتصالات حديثاً لخدمة العملاء
Vodafone Qatar yesterday inaugurated its new local call centre in Al Sadd.
The “state-of-the-art” call centre will provide 24/7 end-to-end support for Vodafone Qatar’s customers over all its contact channels, the company said in a statement.
The new call centre is staffed with trained agents “who have received the highest levels of customer service training, and will manage the inquiries and requests of the company’s consumer and enterprise customers segments”, the statement notes.
Another distinctive feature will be telesales service to ensure that “customers are offered the best deals to enjoy Vodafone Qatar’s products and services”.
Inaugurating the new centre, chief human resources officer Khames Mohamed al-Naimi said: “We are delighted to open our new modern call centre in Qatar. Vodafone Qatar has been always dedicated and committed to deliver a high-quality customer service on a daily basis and this call centre was designed using best practices to ensure just that.”
The call centre features an open environment offering “excellent working facilities for all customer care staff with state-of-the-art soundproof work stations”.
The office set-up is completely wireless and agents are provided with the latest high-tech headsets with noise cancellation and sound optimisation.
The centre also houses a dedicated training facility, a cafeteria and prayer facilities for all customer-facing staff.
This world-class facility also offers online and classroom training with an innovation area designed to brings new ideas into Vodafone Qatar’s business.
افتتحت شركة «فودافون قطر»، أمس، مركز اتصالات جديد مزود بأحدث التجهيزات في منطقة السد، وسيوفر لعملاء الشركة دعماً متكاملاً على مدار الساعة وطيلة أيام الأسبوع عبر جميع قنوات الاتصال الخاصة به. ويتضمن مركز الاتصالات الجديد عدداً أكبر من الموظفين أصحاب الكفاءات العالية والمدربون بأعلى مستويات التدريب في مجال خدمة العملاء، حيث سيتعاملون مع استفسارات واحتياجات العملاء من الأفراد والشركات، بالإضافة إلى توفير خدمات المبيعات عبر الهاتف، والتي تقدم للعملاء أفضل العروض للاستمتاع بمنتجات وخدمات «فودافون قطر». وفي معرض كلمته خلال افتتاح المركز، قال السيد خميس محمد النعيمي، الرئيس التنفيذي للموارد البشرية في «فودافون قطر»: نحن سعداء جداً بافتتاح مركز اتصالاتنا الجديد الذي يعمل وفق أفضل الممارسات وباستخدام أحدث المعدات، وذلك انسجاماً مع التزامنا بتقديم خدمات عالية الجودة للعملاء يومياً». ويوفر المركز الجديد بيئة عمل مفتوحة لجميع موظفي خدمة العملاء، ويضم منصات عمل متطوّرة وعازلة للصوت. وتم أيضاً تصميم المكاتب لتعمل بشكل لاسلكي تماماً مع توفير سماعات أذن عالية التقنية لتمكين الموظفين من العمل بكفاءة عالية بعيداً عن أي ضوضاء، إلى جانب تحسين جودة الصوت. ويتضمن المركز كذلك منشـأة تدريب خاصة ومرافق للصلاة والطعام لجميع الموظفين الذين يتعاملـون مع العملاء. كما يوفر هذا المركز ذو المستوى العالمي تدريباً عبر الإنترنت وقاعات للتدريب، بالإضافة إلى مساحة مخصصة للابتكار تشجع على بلورة أفكار جديدة تدعم أعمال «فودافون قطر».
