South African comedian Trevor Noah brought his unique perspective to a cross-cultural audience courtesy of Doha Comedy Festival, organised by the Social Studio.
The audience roared with laughter during the remarkable comedy show held at Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC) as part of ‘Summer in Qatar’. On his second visit to Doha, Noah toured the recently opened National Museum of Qatar before taking the stage at QNCC.

Through his set, the comedian connected with a diverse crowd, with jokes tailored to various cultures. Tickets for the performance were sold out in advance. The show sold more than 3,700 tickets, the Qatar National Tourism Council (QNTC) said in a statement. Noah was the first of several comedians set to bring laughter to audiences in Qatar this summer, including British-Iranian Omid Djalili, Lebanese-American Nemr and Qatar’s own Hamad al-Amari who will perform on August 15. All shows will take place at QNCC. Tickets range in price from QR175 to QR475 and can be purchased online from here . ‘Summer in Qatar’ forms part of QNTC’s strategy to enrich and diversify the country’s tourism offering, particularly in the area of family and urban entertainment.

زار تريفور نواه الكوميدي الجنوب افريقي الشهير والحائز على عدة جوائز ومضيف برنامج “ذا ديلي شو” متحف قطر الوطني وشارك تريفور نواه في النسخة الخامسة من مهرجان الدوحة للكوميديا بمركز قطر الوطني للمؤتمرات ضمن فعاليات مهرجان “صيف في قطر” وقد عاد إلى جمهوره من عشاق الكوميديا في الدوحة بعد عرضه السابق الذي حقق نجاحاً هائلاً في عام 2017.

ويمكن لعشاق فن الكوميديا أن يهيئوا أنفسهم لاستقبال كمية كبيرة من فن الكوميديا والضحك حيث يشارك في المهرجان نخبة من ألمع نجوم الكوميديا العالمية الذين يقدمون باقة من عروض الفكاهة والكوميديا من بينهم الفنان الأمريكي من أصل لبناني نمر أبو نصار، والفنان البريطاني من أصل إيراني أوميد جليلي، في ضيافة الفنان الكوميدي حمد العماري.وتنظم المهرجان شركة “سوشال استوديو” في عرضين مختلفين، ويختتم العرض الثاني يوم 15 أغسطس المقبل حيث سيكون عشاق الفكاهة والمرح على موعد يوم 15 أغسطس مع الكوميدي أوميد جليلي، والكوميدي نمر أبو نصار، والفنان القطري حمد العماري.
