Msheireb Properties launches first residential unit for rent in Msheireb Downtown Doha

Doha: Msheireb Properties, a subsidiary of Qatar Foundation, has officially announced the launch of its first residential unit for rent in Msheireb Downtown Doha, Qatar’s newest destination for leisure, living and business.
Wadi 1 residential tower is located in Sikkat Wadi Msheireb, the centre of Msheireb Downtown Doha and the longest pedestrian street there. The tower is also a walking distance from many of Doha’s landmarks, such as the famous Souq Waqif, Grand Hamad Street and Alwadi Hotel Doha MGallery. Moreover, the neighbourhood features the soon to open Galleria Mall, home to Qatar’s first digitally smart Monoprix, and Juniverse; the first city in space theme park in the world.
Wadi 1 Residential Tower offers its residents exclusive amenities such as access to two pools, a fully equipped state-of-the-art gym, in addition to a clubhouse and private terraces. It also has a 24 hours security desk, a private lift that travels to the parking and storage rooms at the basement level, a dedicated bicycle parking on the ground floor, and a tram station.
The building has 72 spacious, semi furnished 1 to 4-bedroom apartments, featuring bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and closets, in addition to full-height windows and generous balconies, with spectacular views of Doha’s Corniche and the iconic West Bay skyline.

Wadi 1 was recently awarded Best Sustainable Residential Development at The Arabian Property Awards 2019-2020 in London. The residential tower achieved 58 LEED points (60 for LEED Gold) during the Design Preliminary Review. The overall potable water savings for the building is 41.9%, and Water recovery from air conditioning condensate of 2,600 cubic meters, reducing the required non-potable water from the development treatment plant and municipality.
أعلنت «مشيرب العقارية» -شركة التطوير العقاري الوطنية التابعة لمؤسسة قطر- عن الافتتاح والتشغيل الرسمي للبرج السكني «وادي 1» أول مبنى سكني في مشروع مشيرب قلب الدوحة.
يقع مبنى «وادي 1» في سكة الوادي، مركز مشيرب قلب الدوحة وأطول شارع للمشاة في المنطقة، وعلى مقربة من عدد من أبرز معالم الدوحة، مثل سوق واقف التاريخي، وشارع حمد الكبير، وفندق «الوادي أم جاليري». هذا، ويوجد البرج بمحاذاة مجمع «جاليريا مول» المرتقب افتتاحه قريباً، والذي سيضم أول متجر «مونوبري» ذكي في قطر، ومدينة «جونيفرس» (المدينة الترفيهية الفضائية الأولى من نوعها في العالم).
مرافق ومزايا حصرية
ويتمتع سكان برج «وادي 1» في «مشيرب قلب الدوحة» بعدد من المرافق والمزايا الحصرية، منها مسبحان، وصالة رياضية متطوّرة ومجهّزة بأحدث التقنيات، إلى جانب «الكلوبهاوس» والتراسات الخارجية. ويتوافر في المبنى مكتب للأمن والحراسة يعمل على مدار 24 ساعة، إلى جانب مصعد خاص يربط البناية بمواقف السيارات وغرف التخزين تحت الأرض. ويشمل «وادي 1» أيضاً موقفاً مخصصاً للدراجات الهوائية في الطابق الأرضي، ومحطة ترام مقابل البناية.
يُوجد بالبرج -الذي أصبح متاحاً الآن للإيجارات السكنية- 72 شقة نصف مفروشة بمساحات مختلفة، بدءاً من غرفة نوم واحدة إلى أربع غرف، بحمامات وخزائن ملابس مستقلة، كما تتمتع جميع الوحدات بنوافذ زجاجية كبيرة وشرفات بإطلالة خلابة على أفق مدينة الدوحة والكورنيش وأبراج الخليج الغربي.
يقدّم «وادي 1» كذلك أحدث حلول الحياة الذكية؛ إذ يوجد في كل الوحدات شاشات رقمية ستعمل باللمس للتحكم في أنظمة الشقة، ونظام الإنترنت عالي السرعة بالألياف البصرية، وأنظمة اتصالات من عدد من مزوّدي الخدمات، فضلاً عن جهاز التحكم في استهلاك الطاقة، وأجهزة مدمجة وعالية الجودة للصوت والصورة، وأنظمة للمراقبة بالكاميرات والتي تعمل بروتوكولات الإنترنت.
