MDD to host Huawei’s Smart Experience Centre

Msheireb Downtown Doha, the smartest and most sustainable fully built city district in the world and Qatar’s destination for leisure, living and business, is intended to become home to Huawei’s Smart Experience Centre in Qatar.
The announcement was made during a signing ceremony between Msheireb Properties, the developer of Msheireb Downtown Doha (MDD), and Huawei who is a leading global provider of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices.
This agreement aligns with the vision set for Msheireb Downtown Doha to be a city of firsts, constantly bringing into the country the latest and smartest technology solutions. For Huawei, this co-operation with the national real estate developer will help the company in expanding its presence locally and increasing its market share.
Ali al-Kuwari, Acting CEO of Msheireb Properties, said: “Msheireb Downtown Doha is all about connectivity and smart living. We have promised our tenants and visitors an experience like no other, and we are currently embarking on partnerships to ensure we fulfil that. Our work with Huawei will witness the development of their smart experience centre in the country, which is only telling of the trust that international companies have in our infrastructure. We are very happy with this venture and we look forward to announce it’s opening soon.”

أعلنت مشيرب العقارية، شركة التطوير العقاري الوطنية التابعة لمؤسسة قطر للتربية والعلوم وتنمية المجتمع، عن تعاونها مع شركة هواوي لتدشين أول “مركز تجربة هواوي” في قطر بمشيرب قلب الدوحة، الحي الذكي والأكثر استدامةً في العالم.
جاء ذلك خلال حفل توقيع اتفاقية تعاون بين مشيرب العقارية، الشركة المطورة لمشروع مشيرب قلب الدوحة، وشركة هواوي، الشركة الصينية الرائدة عالمياً في مجال تكنولوجيا الاتصالات.
ويأتي هذا الاتفاق تماشياً مع الرؤية التي تم وضعها لمشيرب قلب الدوحة بحيث تكون دائماً وجهة ريادية وعنوان للمبادرات والخدمات المبتكرة والأولى من نوعها في الدولة. كما يأتي هذا التعاون مع هواوي بصورة تخدم تطور نمو الشركة وتعزز من حضورها محلياً، والرفع من حصتها السوقية.
وقال السيد علي الكواري، الرئيس التنفيذي بالوكالة لشركة مشيرب العقارية: “ترتكز مشيرب قلب الدوحة على أسس الاتصال والحياة الذكية، فنحن نَعِدُ كل المستأجرين في مشيرب وزوارها بتجارب لا نظير لها، ونحن الآن بصدد عقد عدد من الشراكات من أجل ضمان تحقيق ذلك. وفي اعتقادي أن هذا الاتفاقية لتطوير أول مركز تجربة هواوي للعملاء في قطر، هو خير دليل على ثقة الشركات العالمية في البنية التحتية لمشيرب قلب الدوحة. ونحن سعداء بإطلاق هذا المركز الجديد ونتطلع للإعلان عن موعد افتتاحه قريباً.”
من جانبة قال السيد فرانك فان الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة هواوي للتكنولوجيا معلقاً: “إن هذا التعاون خطوة هامة جداً بالنسبة لنا. فهواوي تتمتع بقاعدة عملاء قوية في قطر، وهو الأمر الذي يدفعنا إلى زيادة تواجدنا في مشيرب قلب الدوحة من خلال مركز تجربة هواوي، والذي من شأنه أن يوفر للزوار فرصة لتجربة عدد من الحلول التكنولوجية الرائدة من هواري، مثل تقنية الجيل الخامس، الذكاء الاصطناعي، منتجات هواوي كلاود. لذا فإنه من المهم جداً تقوية حضورنا في السوق المحلي، ونتطلع إلى المزيد من الشراكات الجديدة مع مشيرب العقارية في سبيل تحقيق ذلك.”
