Ooredoo offers enhanced customer journey in shops

Doha: Ooredoo announced that it has enhanced its customer journey in its shops, allowing the telco leader to provide its customers a better experience during their visit.
The new experience will allow customers to choose from six languages on the digital welcoming screen and also let the service personnel know the reason for the visit, creating maximum efficiency for service personnel and ensuring a quicker, smoother, more seamless experience for both.
The new system is intended to enable customer service personnel to attend to a greater number of customers simultaneously, while speeding up the process of servicing them and reducing waiting time.
Manar Khalifa Al Muraikhi, Director PR and Corporate Communications at Ooredoo, said of the new system: “Complete customer satisfaction is at the core of our retail operations strategy and, as such, we are constantly looking for ways we can improve the way we service our customers.
This new digital welcoming system will reduce waiting times, allow us to serve more customers simultaneously and allow us to tailor our services to each individual customer more effectively, leading to a better customer experience overall.”

أعلنت «ooredoo»، أمس في بيان صحافي، أنها قامت بتحسين الخدمات التي توفّرها لعملائها في مختلف مراكزها؛ الأمر الذي سيمكّن الشركة من توفير تجربة أفضل لهم عند زيارتهم تلك المراكز.
فعند زيارة العملاء مراكز «ooredoo»، ستتيح التجربة الجديدة لهم الاختيار من بين 6 لغات موجودة على شاشة رقمية مخصصة لاستقبال العملاء، وستمكّن موظفي خدمة العملاء في المركز من التعرف على سبب زيارة العميل؛ ما يساعد الموظفين على تحقيق مستويات أعلى من الكفاءة في خدمة العملاء، ويضمن توفير تجربة أسرع وأسهل للعملاء والموظفين على حد سواء.
وقد تم إعداد الأنظمة الجديدة لتمكين موظفي خدمة العملاء من التعامل مع أعداد أكبر من العملاء في الوقت نفسه، مع توفير الخدمات لهم بسرعة أكبر وتقليل أوقات الانتظار.
