Qatar Steel honours long-service employees
«قطر ستيل» تكرّم موظفيها ذوي الخدمة الطويلة
In a special ceremony, Qatar Steel Company (Qatar Steel) honoured 202 of its long-service employees, who have completed 10 – 40 years of work, in acknowledgement and appreciation of their efforts, commitment and dedication in serving the Company throughout the years.
Qatar Steel Managing Director & General Manager Mohammed bin Nasser Al Hajri, departmental managers and senior staff were present.
On the occasion, Mohammed bin Nasser Al Hajri said: “Qatar Steel has a long of tradition of holding this ceremony to recognise long-service employees in appreciation of their efforts and dedication throughout their years of service.”
“This annual recognition tradition is the way the Company expresses its pride in its technical and administrative staff with excellent expertise and skills in various fields”, added Al Hajri, “It represents a motivation for employees to give their best in order to enable Qatar Steel to realise its strategic goals and contribute positively to promoting health and safety standards at workplace.
We, further, believe such efforts will contribute to enhancing the employee’s participation at workplace, promoting performance level, adding to the ambition of outstanding employees for holding key positions at Qatar Steel and playing a significant role in enhancing the Company’s success and contributions to the national economy and Qatar’s burgeoning trajectory.” Mohammed bin Nasser Al Hajri presented certificates to the recognised employees for their outstanding performance over the previous years.
احتفلت شركة قطر للحديد والصلب «قطر ستيل» بتكريم 202 من موظفيها ذوي الخدمة الطويلة الذين أمضوا فترة عمل تراوحت بين 10-40 سنة، وذلك تكريماً على ما بذلوه من جهود والتزام وتفانٍ في خدمة الشركة. حضر الحفل المهندس محمد بن ناصر الهاجري العضو المنتدب والمدير العام لـ «قطر ستيل»، ومديرو الدوائر والإدارات، وكبار الموظفين.
وبهذه المناسبة، قال المهندس محمد بن ناصر الهاجري: «إن قطر ستيل تحرص على إقامة هذا الحفل لتكريم الموظفين ذوي الخدمة الطويلة، تقديراً لجهودهم وتفانيهم طوال سنوات خدمتهم».
وأضاف الهاجري أن هذا التكريم الذي دأبت الشركة على إقامته سنوياً يعد فخراً بكوادرها الفنية والإدارية أصحاب الخبرات والمهارات المتميزة في مختلف المجالات، ويمثل هذا التكريم حافزاً لتشجيع الموظفين على تقديم أفضل ما لديهم لتمكين «قطر ستيل» من تحقيق أهدافها الاستراتيجية، والمساهمة بشكل إيجابي في الارتقاء بمعايير الصحة والسلامة في أماكن العمل.
كما أننا نؤمن أن هذه الجهود ستسهم في تعزيز مشاركة الموظفين ضمن أماكن العمل والارتقاء بمستوى الأداء، وخلق عملية التنافس بين الموظفين المتميّزين في شغل المناصب المهمة في «قطر ستيل»، وستقدم دوراً مهماً في تعزيز نجاح الشركة ومساهمتها الداعمة للاقتصاد الوطني ومسيرة الازدهار في دولة قطر».
وفي ختام حفل تكريم موظفي الخدمة الطويلة، قام المهندس محمد بن ناصر الهاجري -العضو المنتدب والمدير العام- بتسليم الشهادات للمكرمين، تقديراً لأدائهم المتميز خلال السنوات الماضية.
