Ooredoo announces early payment incentive

Doha: Ooredoo announced yesterday an exciting new promotion that will see customers rewarded for paying their mobile bills promptly.

The promotion is valid for all Shahry and Mobile Broadband postpaid customers and offers free data when the bill is paid within 15 days of being issued.

Customers paying their bills within the specified time limit of 15 days will receive 2GB data free, valid for 15 days, on their Shahry or Mobile Broadband registered numbers.

Additionally, any customer paying their bill via the Ooredoo app using a credit or debit card will see their free data doubled to 4 GB valid for 15 days, as well customers using their Ooredoo Money service to pay their bill.

Once a bill is sent to a customer, an SMS will be sent to the registered number to let them know the deadline by which the bill must be paid in order to qualify for the free data, and also let them know when they can expect their free data to be posted in their account. Speaking about the new promotion, Manar Khalifa Al Muraikhi – Director PR and Corporate Communications at Ooredoo – said: “We appreciate our customers have busy lives, and we aim to do everything we can to make admin tasks such as paying Ooredoo bills easier.

We know we have plenty of options through which customers can pay their bills, but as an added incentive for them to pay their bills in a timely manner, we’re delighted to offer this generous promotion. We all live digital lives and appreciate being able to stay connected to the Supernet, so free data is a great way for us to reward customers who pay their bills promptly!”

أعلنت «ooredoo» عن عرض جديد ومميز لمكافأة عملاء الشركة الذين يقومون بتسديد فواتيرهم مبكراً.

وبموجب هذا العرض، سيحصل عملاء الخدمات آجلة الدفع، الشهري والبرودباند الجوال، على بيانات مجانية عند تسديد قيمة الفاتورة خلال 15 يوماً من إصدارها.

وعند تسديد قيمة الفاتورة خلال 15 يوماً، سيحصل عملاء الشهري والبرودباند الجوال على 2 جيجابايت بيانات مجانية صالحة لمدة 15 يوماً تضاف إلى أرقامهم.

كما سيحصل العملاء على ضعف تلك البيانات، وهذا يعني 4 جيجابايت صالحة أيضاً لمدة 15 يوماً، عند تسديد قيمة الفاتورة خلال الفترة المحددة عبر تطبيق «ooredoo»، أو تطبيق خدمات ooredoo المالية.

ولضمان أن يكون العملاء على دراية تامة بهذا العرض، ستصلهم رسالة نصية عند إصدار الفاتورة مع تحديد موعد الدفع المبكر الذي يتيح لهم الحصول على البيانات المجانية، بالإضافة إلى موعد إضافة تلك البيانات إلى حساباتهم.
