QIC Insured opens two new kiosks at leading malls

Doha: As part of its expansion strategy, QIC Insured — the retail division of Qatar Insurance and the leading insurer in the MENA region has recently opened two new kiosks at City Centre Mall and Mall of Qatar.

The new kiosks are located near the East Gate at the Mall of Qatar and in the basement of City Centre Mall.The working hours of the new kiosk at City Centre is Saturday-Thursday, 11am-7pm. The working hours of the new kiosk at the Mall of Qatar are from Saturday-Thursday, 10am-10pm and Friday from 5pm-11pm.

Offering an open lay-out and lighting that exudes a modern and receptive look, the new kiosks are well positioned to service the insurance needs of walk-in customers for car insurance, home insurance, travel insurance, personal accident benefit.

Commenting on the recent expansion of QIC Insured network, Ahmed Jarboey, Senior Claims Manager at QIC Insured said, “At QIC Insured, we firmly believe in an omni-channel Click and Brick growth strategy.”

He further said: “While we continue to enhance our digital platforms to make online customers journey more convenient, we strive to move closer to our customers by expanding our existing network of outlets for those who prefer human interaction and seek advice on products while shopping for insurances. Hence capitalizing on the ongoing trend of the mall ecosystem, opening the two outlets at the two strategic malls in Doha came in as a natural choice.”

أعلنت مجموعة قطر للتأمين عن افتتاح فرعين جديدين في «قطر مول» ومجمع «سيتي سنتر»، وذلك ضمن استراتيجيتها التوسعية. للوصول إلى العملاء في جميع أنحاء الدولة وكذلك للارتقاء بمستوى الخدمة المقدمة للعملاء، عبر توفير جميع خدمات التأمين التي تلبي احتياجاتهم، يقع الفرع الأول بالقرب من البوابة الشرقية لقطر مول، والثاني في الطابق السفلي من مجمع سيتي سنتر. ويعمل فرع السيتي سنتر من السبت إلى الخميس من الساعة 11 صباحًا حتى الساعة 7 مساءً، والفرع الثاني في «قطر مول» من السبت إلى الخميس من الساعة 10 صباحًا إلى 10 مساءً، ويوم الجمعة من 5 إلى 11 مساءً.

كما أن كلا الفرعين الجديدين سيمثلان منصة توفر مجموعة متكاملة من منتجات التأمين الشخصي، والتأمين على السيارات والمنزل والسفر، يأتي ذلك ضمن استراتيجية المجموعة التوسعية لتلبية متطلبات قاعدة العملاء المتزايدة.

وبدوره، قال السيد أحمد الجربوعي، مدير قسم تعويضات الحوادث من شركة «قطر للتأمين»: «يسعدنا افتتاح الفرعين في كل من قطر مول والسيتي سنتر، كما نؤكد أن هذا الافتتاح ينسجم مع هدفنا المتمثل في تسهيل الوصول إلى العملاء، كما أنه يمثل دليلاً ساطعاً على ثقة العملاء القوية بنا».

وأضاف الجربوعي قائلاً: «في حين أننا نواصل تحسين منصاتنا الرقمية لتيسير السبل للعملاء عبر الإنترنت، نسعى جاهدين إلى الاقتراب أكثر من عملائنا، من خلال توسيع شبكة منافذنا الحالية للعملاء الذين يفضلون التعامل مع الموظف، وطلب المشورة أثناء التسوق بشأن منتجات التأمين. ونزولاً عند رغباتهم على التعامل مع الفروع داخل المولات، وذلكً نظرا لتوقيت عملها الذي يمتد حتى الفترة المسائية، وتزويدهم بجميع المنتجات والخدمات المبتكرة بكل سهولة ويسر».;
