QIB’s rewards programme Absher exceeds 100mn points

Absher, Qatar Islamic Bank’s (QIB) rewards programme, has awarded 100mn Absher points to QIB customers, it was announced in a statement yesterday.

The Absher rewards programme, which was launched in July, enables customers to collect Absher points when they transfer their salaries, open a fixed deposit account, use their QIB debit and credit cards, or when using QIB mobile App and Internet Banking. All QIB customers earn Absher points as an appreciation for their banking relationship with QIB.

“We are delighted to celebrate Absher’s first 100mn points’ milestone. It gives us great pleasure to see our customers benefiting from the Absher rewards programme, as we always thrive to reward them for their loyalty. Our strategy continues to remain customer-centric focused on meeting and exceeding our customers’ expectations,” said D Anand, QIB’s Personal Banking Group general manager.

Absher points are instantly redeemable through QIB Absher online portal (https://absher.qib.com.qa) where customers can choose to book flight tickets from over 900 airlines, book a room from over 450,000 hotels, and rent a car from more than 150,000 car rental offices in 150 cities worldwide.

Additionally, customers have access to the online shopping store ‘Giiftshop’ specialised in redeeming points with thousands of products across different categories, ranging from books, sports, electronic, and household items from leading brands. Products are delivered to customers’ homes regardless of their location in Qatar.

For newly-joined Private Banking customers, they will receive an Absher joining bonus of 10,000 (one time to primary holders) points, while recently-joined Tamayuz banking customers will receive 5,000 points (one time to primary holders) joining bonus.

QIB Absher Rewards programme does not have any blackout dates or restrictions. In turn, QIB customers can redeem their points and enjoy all the benefits at their preferred season and time.

All QIB customers are automatically enrolled in the Absher programme and they are collecting points every time they acquire or use selected products. In order to check or redeem points, customers need to activate their Absher account by logging to the Absher portal and follow a simple activation process.

منح برنامج «أبشر» -برنامج المكافآت من مصرف قطر الإسلامي «المصرف»- 100 مليون نقطة مكافآت للعملاء حتى الآن. يتيح برنامج المكافآت «أبشر» -الذي أُطلق في يوليو 2018- للعملاء جمع النقاط عند تحويل رواتبهم إلى «المصرف»، أو عند فتح حساب وديعة ثابت، أو عند استخدام أي من بطاقات «المصرف» الخصم أو الائتمان، أو عند استخدام تطبيق جوال «المصرف» أو الخدمات المصرفية عبر الإنترنت. ويستطيع جميع عملاء «المصرف» دون استثناء كسب النقاط، وذلك تقديراً لعلاقتهم وتعاملهم مع «المصرف».

استبدال

يمكن للعملاء استبدال نقاط برنامج «أبشر» بشكل فوري، عبر موقع المصرف الخاص للبرنامج: (https://absher.qib.com.qa)، واختيار مكافآتهم لحجز تذاكر الطيران من أكثر من 900 شركة طيران، وحجوزات الفنادق من أكثر من 450.000 فندق، واستئجار سيارات من أكثر من 150.000 مكتب تأجير سيارات في 150 مدينة حول العالم. كما يمكن للعملاء دخول المتجر الإلكتروني «Giiftshop» المتخصص في استبدال النقاط بآلاف المنتجات من مختلف الفئات، مثل الأدوات الإلكترونية والكتب واللوازم الرياضية والأدوات المنزلية من العلامات التجارية المشهورة، ويتم توصيل هذه المنتجات إلى العملاء أينما كانوا في قطر.

يحصل عملاء «المصرف» الجدد عند انضمامهم إلى الخدمات المصرفية الخاصة، على مكافأة انضمام تبلغ 10.000 نقطة تعطى لمرة واحدة لصاحب الحساب الأساسي، في حين يحصل عملاء التميّز الجدد على 5000 نقطة، تعطى لمرة واحدة لصاحب الحساب الأساسي.

استرداد

وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، لا يتضمن برنامج المكافآت «أبشر» من «المصرف» أي تواريخ انقطاع أو أية قيود، مما يعني أن بإمكان عملاء «المصرف» استرداد النقاط الخاصة بهم، والاستمتاع بالمكافآت في أي وقت وأي موسم.

ينضم جميع عملاء «المصرف» إلى برنامج «أبشر»، ويجمعون النقاط تلقائياً عند استخدام خدمات ومنتجات مختارة أو الحصول عليها. وللتحقق من النقاط أو استبدالها، يجب على العميل تفعيل الحساب عن طريق الدخول إلى موقع «أبشر» الإلكتروني، واتباع عدة خطوات بسيطة.;
