Scores of customers earn bonus allowance with Hala *123# service

DOHA: Ooredoo announced yesterday that thousands of Hala customers are earning bonus allowances every day by using the company’s popular Hala *123# service.

All Hala customers who dial *123# or log-in to the Ooredoo App and go to the ‘Deals’ section can view their various offers available, select the deal they want and top-up by the target amount to activate the bonus.

Bonus allowances include extra data, local minutes and international calling allowances. The Hala *123# service was launched to enhance the Ooredoo customer experience and give back to pre-paid customers for choosing Ooredoo’s award-winning Hala service. Hala *123# is available 24/7 and all bonuses will be available on top of regular allowances.

أعلنت ooredoo أن الآلاف من عملاء خدمة «هلا» يحصلون على رصيد إضافي يومياً عند تعبئة الرصيد عبر خدمة *123# المميزة التي أطلقتها الشركة منذ فترة.

ومن خلال هذه الخدمة، يقوم العملاء بطلب الرقم *123# أو الدخول إلى تطبيق ooredoo واختيار «العروض الخاصة» للاطلاع على العروض المتوافرة، ثم اختيار العرض الذي يناسبهم، ثم تعبئة الرصيد بالقيمة المطلوبة للحصول على الرصيد الإضافي.

ويمكن أن يكون الرصيد الإضافي عبارة عن رصيد مكالمات محلية أو بيانات أو حتى رصيد مكالمات دولية.

وكانت خدمة *123# قد أطلقت لمنح عملاء ooredoo تجربة فريدة، ومكافأة مشتركي الخدمات مسبقة الدفع على ثقتهم بالشركة وخدمة «هلا» الحائزة على الجوائز.

ويمكن للعملاء الاستفادة على خدمة *123# على مدار الساعة؛ إذ ستتم إضافة الرصيد الإضافي إلى الرصيد الأساسي في حساباتهم.;
