QIC backs Gyer category at exhibition

Qatar Insurance Group has sponsored the Gyer category of Katara’s ‘International Hunting & Falconry Exhibition S’hail 2018’ as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and socially-responsible business practices.

S’hail is regarded as the largest international exhibition that specialises in falconry.

Besides hosting an interactive session for children and adults, the exhibition will also display various falcons and handling equipment.

Now in its second year, the exhibition boasts of participants from Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Spain, Kuwait, China, Oman, Kazakhstan, the UK, the US, Portugal, Turkey, Germany, Sweden, Italy, Azerbaijan, Iran, Morocco, Uzbekistan, the Netherlands, and Qatar.

Qatar Insurance Group has long demonstrated its eagerness towards supporting activities that showcase Qatar’s rich culture and enhance the Qatari’s connection with the environment and heritage.

أعلنت مجموعة قطر للتأمين عن مشاركتها في رعاية معرض كتارا الدولي للصيد والصقور «سهيل» 2018 لنسخته الثانية، ويأتي ذلك حرصاً وانطلاقاً من التزام الشركة بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية والثقافية تجاه المجتمع، وفي إطار جهودها المستمرة لدعم الأنشطة الثقافية والرياضية. والجدير بالذكر أن معرض كتارا الدولي للصيد والصقور «سهيل» يعد من أكبر المعارض الدولية المتخصصة في الصقور، وهو الأول من نوعه على مستوى قطر والمنطقة. وقد أعرب السيد سالم خلف المناعي نائب رئيس المجموعة، والرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة قطر للتأمين، عن سعادته بحرص الشركة على تقديم الدعم والرعاية لمعرض كتارا الدولي للصيد والصقور، كما أن شركه قطر للتأمين تهتم كثيراً بتبني مثل هذه المبادرات الاجتماعية والثقافية والرياضية التي تعكس قيمها ورؤيتها المنبثقة من أهدافها وخططها الاستراتيجية باعتبار هذه المساهمة انطلاقاً من مسؤوليتها في كل المجالات الثقافية في دولة قطر.
