Competent Authorities Arrest 3 People for Violating Home Quarantine Conditions

Doha: The competent authorities arrested today three people who violated the requirements of the home quarantine, they committed to following, which they are legally accountable for, in accordance with the procedures of the health authorities in the country.

It is in implementation of the precautionary measures in force in the country, approved by health authorities represented in the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) to ensure the achievement of public safety and to curb the spread of the coronavirus.

The three people being referred to the competent prosecution:

1 – Mohammed Elias Shalantfi.

2 – Faisal Mounir Mohammed Mounir.

3 – Jihad Ali Hassan Al Afrangi.

The concerned authorities in the State called on citizens and residents who are subject to quarantine to fully adhere to the requirements set by the Ministry of Public Health, to ensure their safety and the safety of others. They warned that anyone who violates these conditions will be subject to the penalties stipulated in accordance with the provisions of Article 253 of the Penal Code No. 11 of 2004, and the provisions of Law No. 17 of 1990 regarding the prevention of infectious diseases, and Law No. 17 of 2002 on the protection of society.

الدوحة: قامت الجهات المختصة اليوم، بضبط 3 أشخاص خالفوا اشتراطات العزل الصحي المنزلي وفقا للتعهد الذي التزموا من خلاله بتطبيق تلك الاشتراطات المحددة من الجهات الصحية والتي تعرّض مخالفيها للمساءلة القانونية وفقا لإجراءات الجهات الصحية في البلاد.

وتأتي عملية ضبط المخالفين الثلاثة إنفاذاً للإجراءات الاحترازية المعمول بها في البلاد والتي أقرتها الجهات الصحية ممثلة في وزارة الصحة العامة والجهات المساندة لها لضمان تحقيق السلامة العامة، منعا لانتشار فيروس كورونا /كوفيد – 19/.

وجارية إحالة الأشخاص المخالفين للنيابة المختصة وهم:

1 – محمد إلياس شلنتفي.

2 – فيصل منير محمد منير.

3 – جهاد علي حسن الافرنجي.

وتدعو الجهات المعنية في الدولة المواطنين والمقيمين في الحجر الصحي المنزلي إلى ضرورة الالتزام التام بالاشتراطات المحددة من وزارة الصحة العامة، ضمانا لسلامتهم وسلامة الآخرين.

ونبهت إلى أن كل من يخالف تلك الاشتراطات سيعرّض نفسه للعقوبات المنصوص عليها وفقا لأحكام المادة (253) من قانون العقوبات رقم (11) لسنة 2004م، وأحكام القانون رقم (17) لسنة 1990 بشأن الوقاية من الأمراض المعدية، والقانون رقم (17) لسنة 2002 بشأن حماية المجتمع.
