Qatar Airways, Myconian Collection launch social media competition

Qatar Airways and Myconian Collection Hotels & Resorts are offering a chance to win two Economy Class round-trip tickets to Mykonos, Greece, as well as a luxurious three-night stay at Myconian Collection Hotels & Resorts.

The offer comes in celebration of Qatar Airways’ recent launch of direct seasonal service to the popular Greek island of Mykonos, the Doha-based carrier has said in a statement.

Qatar Airways commenced direct seasonal service to Mykonos on May 30, making it the third Greek destination on its rapidly expanding network. Mykonos, an ideal destination for holidaymakers, is renowned for its breathtaking natural beauty and vibrant atmosphere. Myconian Collection Hotels & Resorts is a family-owned group of nine luxury hotels, offering visitors to Mykonos a refined level of hospitality.

To enter, participants need to upload their favourite picture of Mykonos until August 2 on Instagram or Facebook and tag @qatarairways and @myconiancollectionhotels, with the hashtags #MykonosTogether and #MyconianCollection. The winner will receive two Economy Class round-trip tickets from the winner’s nearest Qatar Airways gateway to Mykonos, to be used in September.

In addition to the round-trip tickets, the winner will receive a three-night accommodation package for two people at the Myconian Collection Hotels & Resorts, where they may immerse themselves in “magnificent Aegean views, sandy beaches with crystal clear waters, superb spas and five-star gourmet restaurants”, the statement notes.

Residents of countries eligible to participate in this global promotion include Qatar, Lebanon, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Pakistan, Australia, India, Sri Lanka, China and Malaysia.

Qatar Airways currently operates four weekly seasonal flights to Mykonos International Airport until October 14, with an Airbus A320, featuring 12 seats in Business Class and 132 seats in Economy.

The airline received a record number of accolades recently, including ‘World’s Best Business Class’ by the 2018 Skytrax World Airline Awards. The national carrier of Qatar also won a raft of other major awards at the ceremony, including ‘Best Airline in the Middle East’, ‘World’s Best Business Class Seat’ and ‘World’s Best First Class Airline Lounge’.

Qatar Airways currently operates a fleet of more than 200 aircraft via its home and hub, Hamad International Airport, to more than 150 destinations worldwide. Earlier this year, the airline revealed a host of forthcoming global destinations in line with its expedited expansion plans, including Tallinn, Estonia; Valletta, Malta; Langkawi, Malaysia and Da Nang, Vietnam.

رحلات موسمية

ودشّنت الناقلة رحلات موسمية إلى وجهتها الثالثة في اليونان، جزيرة ميكونوس، في 30 مايو 2018، لتنضم هذه الجزيرة إلى شبكة الوجهات المتنامية للناقلة. وتشتهر ميكونوس بأنها إحدى الوجهات المفضلة لمحبي العطلات، وتوفّر لزوارها العديد من المناظر الطبيعية الخلّابة، وتقدم فنادق ميكونيان كوليكشن تجربة ضيافة لا تنسى لجميع الزوّار.

وعلى المشاركين تحميل صورهم المفضلة لجزيرة ميكونوس خلال الفترة من 22 يوليو وحتى 2 أغسطس 2018 على «إنستجرام»، أو «فيس بوك»، وإضافة «تاج» لـ @qatarairways، و@myconiancollectionhotels، وإضافة أيضاً الوسم #MykonosTogether و#MyconianCollection.

وسيحصل الفائز في هذه الحملة الترويجية على تذكرتي ذهاب وعودة على الدرجة السياحية من أي وجهة على شبكة وجهات «القطرية» إلى ميكونوس، على أن يتم استخدام هاتين التذكرتين في شهر سبتمبر 2018.

الفائزون

بالإضافة إلى تذاكر السفر، سيحصل الفائزون المحظوظون بإقامة لمدة ثلاث ليال لشخصين في فنادق ميكونيان كوليكشن، حيث سيتمتعون بالمناظر المميزة للبحر الإيجي، والشواطئ الرملية، والمياه النقية، والمنتجعات الفاخرة، والمرافق الراقية، والمطاعم، والاستراحات ذات تصنيف الخمس نجوم.
