PM visits citizens’ lands project at Al Froush, Al Kharaitiyat
رئيس الوزراء يتفقد مشروع تطوير البنية التحتية لأراضي المواطنين في الفروش والخريطيات
HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al-Thani visited on Saturday the project implemented by the Public Works Authority (Ashghal) for developing roads and infrastructure for citizens’ lands at Al Froush and Al Kharaitiyat areas.
During the visit, HE the Prime Minister directed the importance of completing the projects that serve the residential areas and citizens’ lands throughout the country and opening them on time.
Ashghal President Dr. Saad bin Ahmed al-Mohannadi said the visit of the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior to the sites at Al Froush and Al-Khraitiyat reflects his keenness on following up the precise development of projects that affect citizens directly.
Ashghal has completed about 40% of the road development project and the infrastructure of the citizens’ land areas at Al-Froush and Kharaitiyat.
The project, scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of next year, aims to provide a network of safe roads and sewage networks, drinking water, electricity, communications and others.
Ashghal has developed a plan for the implementation of roads and infrastructure for 10,400 vouchers of the citizens’ new land, 1819 of which were completed in 2017 and four projects are being implemented for citizens’ lands serving 5,540 vouchers, of which 1,637 will be delivered this year in the areas of Al Froush, Kharaitiyat, North Al Nasiriyah, Rawadat Qadim, Azghwa and south of Al Wukair.
A total of 5,644 vouchers will be completed this year within the Al Shamal city, and Bani Hajar and Muaither areas, in addition to offering 15 projects during 2018 to serve 15,021 vouchers in several areas such as Al Maarath, Maithder, Kharaitiyat, Abel, Labib, Al Duhail, South Mashaf and Abu Hamour.
قام معالي الشيخ عبدالله بن ناصر بن خليفة آل ثاني رئيس مجلس الوزراء ووزير الداخلية، اليوم، بزيارة إلى مشروع تطوير الطرق والبنية التحتية لأراضي المواطنين في منطقة الفروش والخريطيات، الذي تنفذه هيئة الأشغال العامة “أشغال”.
ووجه معالي رئيس مجلس الوزراء ووزير الداخلية خلال زيارته بأهمية الانتهاء من تنفيذ أعمال المشاريع التي تخدم المناطق السكنية وأراضي المواطنين في جميع أنحاء الدولة وافتتاحها في المواعيد المحددة وبالجودة المطلوبة.
وبهذه المناسبة أوضح سعادة الدكتور المهندس سعد بن أحمد المهندي رئيس هيئة الأشغال العامة، أن زيارة معالي رئيس مجلس الوزراء ووزير الداخلية لمشروع البنية التحتية في الفروش والخريطيات، تعكس حرص معاليه على المتابعة الميدانية الدقيقة لتطور تنفيذ المشاريع التي تمس المواطنين بشكل مباشر.
وأضاف سعادته أن “أشغال” انتهت إلى الآن من تنفيذ حوالي 40 بالمائة من مشروع تطوير الطرق والبنية التحتية لمناطق أراضي المواطنين بالفروش والخريطيات، والذي سيوفر شبكة طرق آمنة وشبكات صرف صحي، وشبكات لمياه الشرب والكهرباء والاتصالات وغيرها، مؤكدا أنه من المقرر اكتمال المشروع في الربع الثاني من العام المقبل.
وكانت هيئة الأشغال العامة قد وضعت خطة لتنفيذ الطرق والبنية التحتية لـ 10 آلاف و400 قسيمة بأراضي المواطنين الجديدة، تم انجاز 1819 قسيمة منها خلال عام 2017 ويجري تنفيذ أربعة مشاريع لأراضي المواطنين تخدم 5540 قسيمة سيتم تسليم 1637 قسيمة منها هذا العام في مناطق الفروش والخريطيات وشمال الناصرية وروضة اقديم وازغوى وجنوب الوكير.
كما تعمل “أشغال” على إنجاز الطرق والبنية التحتية بالمناطق القائمة، حيث ستتم خدمة 5644 قسيمة هذا العام ضمن مدينة الشمال، ومنطقتي بني هاجر ومعيذر، إضافة لطرح 15 مشروعا خلال عام 2018 لخدمة 15 ألفا و21 قسيمة في عدة مناطق قائمة مثل المعراض ومعيذر والخريطيات والعب ولعبيب والدحيل وجنوب المشاف وأبو هامور.
