MEC announces recall of Lincoln MKZ model of 2014
“الاقتصاد والتجارة” تستدعي مركبات لينكولن طراز ام كي زد موديل 2014
The Ministry of Economy and Commerce (MEC), in collaboration with Lincoln dealer in Qatar, Almana Motors Company, has announced a recall of the Lincoln MKZ model of 2014 over potential defective doors.
The MEC will co-ordinate with the dealer to follow up on maintenance and repair works and communicate with customers to ensure that the necessary repairs are carried out.
The ministry has urged all customers to report violations to its Consumer Protection and Anti-Commercial Fraud Department, which processes complaints, inquiries and suggestions, through the call centre: 16001, e-mail: info@mec.gov.qa, Twitter: @MEC_Qatar, Instagram: MEC_Qatar and the mobile app for Android and iOS: MEC_Qatar
أعلنت وزارة الاقتصاد والتجارة بالتعاون مع شركة المتحدة للسيارات-المانع وكيل سيارات لينكولن عن استدعاء مركبات لينكولن طراز ام كي زد موديل 2014 ، وذلك لاحتمالية حدوث خلل في الأبواب ، ويأتي هذا الاجراء في إطار التنسيق والمتابعة المستمرة من وزارة الاقتصاد والتجارة للتأكد من مدى التزام وتقيد وكلاء السيارات بمتابعة عيوب السيارات وتصحيحها لحماية حقوق المستهلكين.
وأكدت الوزارة أنه سيتم التنسيق مع وكيل الشركة لمتابعة عمليات الصيانة والتصليح والتواصل مع العملاء للتأكد من تنفيذ الإجراءات وتصحيح الخلل والعيوب في السيارات التي تشملها العيوب .
