MME prepares Eid Al Fitr prayer grounds
إدارة النظافة تبذل جهوداً مكثفة لتجهيز مصليات العيد
Doha: The Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME), represented by the General Cleanliness Department, has intensified efforts for preparing Eid Al Fitr prayer grounds across the country.
General Cleanliness Department has coordinated with the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs to prepare Eid Al Fitr prayer grounds removing wastes and paving the land to enable worshipers to perform the prayer, said Safar Al Shafi, Director of General Cleanliness Department.
He said that the Department has been offering this serve for years to provide comfortable places for worshipers to perform Eid Al Fitr prayer throughout the country.
قامت وزارة البلدية والبيئة ممثلة بإدارة النظافة العامة بجهود مكثفة لتجهيز ساحات ومصليات العيد في جميع مناطق الدولة.
وذكر السيد سفر آل شافي مدير إدارة النظافة أنه تم التنسيق مع وزارة الأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية لتنظيف وتجهيز مصليات العيد وإزالة المخلفات وتسوية بعض المواقع التي تم تخصيصها لأداء صلاة العيد.
وقال: إن الوزارة دأبت على القيام بهذه الأعمال منذ سنوات في إطار توفير سبل الراحة والأماكن المناسبة للمصلين لأداء صلاة العيد.
