كروه تضم 321 سيارة من طراز “فولكس جيتا” لأسطول سيارات الأجرة
Doha: Within the framework of the updates carried out by Mowasalat (Karwa) on its fleet, earlier this year, the company flagged off new 321 VW Jetta taxi cars to replace the 2-year old existing ones to join the Taxi fleet, in a phased manner.
The flagging off ceremony took place at Karwa Taxi parking inside Mowasalat complex in the Industrial Area, and in the presence of Khalid Nasser Al Hail, Mowasalat Managing Director & CEO, and the directors of the various departments in the company. The ceremony was also witnessed by Ahmed Shariefi, General Manager of Q-Auto.
Mowasalat, serving the nation since 2004, and providing comfortable & affordable services with luxury cars of high-class standards and well-trained drivers, is operating with total fleet of about 4000 taxis.
The new taxi vehicles come with advanced features such as “music system with Bluetooth, tire pressure monitoring, advanced dashboard and comfortable steering wheel design” to help drivers and passengers to enjoy their journey.
All Mowasalat taxi vehicles replaced once every maximum five years to ensure that highest level of quality and services are delivered to customers.
As peculiar to Taxi industry, we faced several challenges as Taxi services took a greater market share in serving as public transport, to serve the last mile of the journey, and to be the best choice for customers.
“Karwa Taxi” are still competing with other illegal means of operation who do not have any identity and standards for the Taxi vehicle and driver, and do not bear any accountability to customers.
Karwa also distinguished by the existence of the “Lost & Found” section and “Customer Complaint Cell”, where the customer complaints and feedback are responded to within few hours, investigated and communicated back to customer. If our drivers are found at fault, suitable action is taken as per disciplinary action policy of the company.
في إطار التحديثات التي أجرتها شركة مواصلات كروة، على أسطولها هذا العام، ضمت الشركة عدد 321 سيارة أجرة جديدة من طراز “فولكس جيتا” لتحل محل السيارات التي تجاوزت العامين ولتنضم لأسطول سيارات الأجرة على مراحل، ودشن السيد خالد ناصر الهيل، العضو المنتدب والرئيس التنفيذي لشركة مواصلات، الدفعة الجديدة من السيارات بحضور مدراء الشركة، وذلك في موقف سيارات الأجرة داخل مقر شركة مواصلات بالمنطقة الصناعية، كما شهد مراسم التدشين السيد أحمد شريفي، المدير العام لشركة كيو أتو.
وتتميز السيارات الجديدة بعدد من الخصائص المتقدمة منها نظام موسيقى يعمل بالبلوتوث وأجهزة استشعار لمراقبة ضغط الهواء في الإطارات وتصميم مطور للوحة القيادة وعجلة قيادة مريحة لمساعدة السائقين والركاب على الاستمتاع بالرحلة، وتحرص مواصلات على استبدال جميع سيارات الأجرة كل خمس سنوات بحد أقصى لضمان تقديم أعلى مستويات الجودة والخدمة للعملاء.
