«بروة» تعرض مشروعي المدينة العمالية و«دارا»
DOHA: Barwa Real Estate Group is showcasing a selection of its real estate projects, most prominently Lusail Land project at Cityscape Qatar 2018 that began yesterday at Doha Exhibition and Convention Center. The Group is also displaying models of a number of other projects with diversified objectives, including the Affordable Housing Development for workers — Salwa Road and Dara project.
Salman bin Mohammed Al Mohannadi, Chief Executive Officer of Barwa Real Estate Group, said the exhibition will present an opportunity to showcase a number of Barwa most prominent projects such as Lusail Land Project, which the Group intends to launch soon after obtaining the required approvals. He said the project will be a surprise to the real estate market and an icon of Barwa Real Estate Projects.
It will represent a living example of Barwa’s new development philosophy. Based on creating a new architectural model for the Group that achieves the ideal balance between traditional and modern architecture and inspired by Qatari heritage, the new philosophy aims to develop integrated urban communities that provide all the requirements of the residents of these projects, he said.
Lusail Land project is strategically located in Lusail city, the largest project in the Middle East. Spanning over 3.5 million sqm, the project aims to create an integrated residential city to provide 15,000 housing units to accommodate more than 40,000 people with all service facilities and vast green spaces of up to one million square meters.
The design is unique in Qatar, combining all architectural styles, including Qatari and Gulf houses as well as Arab and European styles in a harmonious aesthetic style that also takes into account the balance between building height and surrounding architecture by placing buildings in a contiguous line in height.
The residential village (Al-Freij), which is the centre of the project, will be built in the old style, such as the popular houses (Al Liwan). The project includes a diverse mix of villas and apartments of different sizes so as to meet different budgets.
Al Mohannadi also added that Barwa is offering another project in Lusail City, which is Dara Project. Located in the northern part of Fox Hills Zone, the project consists of two phases; Dara A, whose construction is nearing completion, and Dara B-F which the Group plans to launch soon.
Dara (A) has four residential buildings with a built-up area of 41,112 sqm consisting of five floors and 271 apartments of different sizes, in addition to an underground car parking. Dara (B-F) will provide more than 1,820 different size apartments, underground car parking, shops and green spaces for residents and visitors.
Al Mohannadi said Barwa’s booth at the exhibition will also include the Affordable Housing Development for workers — Salwa Road, which is the latest initiative launched by Barwa at the end of 2017.
The project aims to improve the workers housing standards and meet the needs of the local market for workers housing through developing a sustainable residential environment in terms of quality, security, and at the same time, providing all required services and facilities.
The Group plans to finish the construction of the project in December this year, so as to be an applied model of the new development philosophy that balances quality and price.
تشارك مجموعة بروة العقارية في معرض سيتي سكيب قطر 2018 حيث تسلط الضوء على باقة مختارة من مشاريعها العقارية ضمن جناحها في المعرض رقم (A20 )، ومن أبرزها مشروع «أرض لوسيل».
كما ستستعرض المجموعة، عبر نماذج متطورة، عدداً آخر من المشاريع ذات الأهداف المتنوعة ومن بينها مشروع المدينة العمالية على طريق سلوى، ومشروع دارا.
وبهذه المناسبة، أعرب السيد سلمان بن محمد المهندي، الرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة بروة العقارية، عن سعادته لمشاركة المجموعة في معرض سيتي سكيب قطر 2018 الذي يستقطب عدداً كبيراً من المطورين العقاريين من كافة أنحاء العالم، حيث يتيح منصة استثنائية لاستعراض المشاريع وتوطيد العلاقات مع المستثمرين والخبراء في مجال التطوير العقاري.
وفي هذا الصدد، أكد المهندي على أن المعرض سيمثل فرصة لعرض عدد من أبرز مشاريع بروة، مثل مشروع أرض لوسيل الذي تعتزم المجموعة إطلاقه قريباً بعد الحصول على الموافقات اللازمة. وأضاف المهندي أن المشروع سيكون بمثابة مفاجأة للسوق العقاري وأيقونة مشاريع بروة العقارية، حيث سيمثل تطبيقاً حياً لفلسفة التطوير الجديدة التي تنتهجها بروة وتقوم في أساسها على خلق بصمة عمرانية جديدة للمجموعة تحقق التوازن المثالي بين العمارة التقليدية والحديثة مع استلهام مفردات من الموروث القطري، وتستهدف توفير مجتمعات عمرانية متكاملة توفر جميع متطلبات قاطني هذه المشروعات.

ويحظى مشروع أرض لوسيل بموقع استراتيجي في مدينة لوسيل التي تعد المشروع الأكبر على مستوى الشرق الأوسط بهذا الحجم، ومن أضخم المشاريع على مستوى العالم. يستهدف المشروع الذي يمتد على مساحة 3,5 مليون متر مربع إنشاء مدينة سكنية متكاملة لتوفر 15 ألف وحدة سكنية ومرافقها الخدمية لاستيعاب أكثر من 40 ألف نسمة مع توفير كافة المرافق الخدمية، والمساحات الخضراء الشاسعة التي تصل إلى مليون متر مربع. ويعتبر التصميم فريداً من نوعه في دولة قطر، حيث يقوم على الدمج بين كافة الطرز المعمارية التي تتنوع ما بين البيوت القطرية والخليجية وكذلك الطراز العربي والأوروبي في شكل جمالي متناسق يأخذ في الاعتبار أيضاً التوازن بين ارتفاع المباني والهندسة المعمارية المحيطة من خلال وضع المباني بشكل متجاور متسلسل في الارتفاع. وستبنى القرية السكنية (الفريج) التي تتوسط المشروع على الطراز القديم مثل البيوت الشعبية (الليوان). ويضم المشروع مزيجاً متنوعاً من الفلل والشقق السكنية مختلفة الأحجام لتلبية الميزانيات المختلفة. كما أشار المهندي إلى أن بروة تعرض مشروعاً آخر في مدينة لوسيل، وهو مشروع دارا الذي يقع في المنطقة الشمالية من جبل ثعيلب، ويتكون من مرحلتين هما دارا (أ) الذي أوشكت أعمال البناء فيه على الانتهاء، ودارا (بي –إف) الذي تعتزم المجموعة إطلاقه قريباً. ويتضمن دارا (أ) أربعة مبان سكنية بمساحة بناء تبلغ 41,112 متراً مربعاً تتكون من خمسة طوابق وتحتوي على 271 شقة بمساحات مختلفة وموقف للسيارات تحت الأرض. أما دارا (بي –إف) فسيوفر أكثر من 1820 شقة سكنية مختلفة المساحات مع مواقف للسيارات تحت الأرض، بالإضافة إلى المحلات التجارية ومساحات خضراء للمقيمين والزوار.
مشروع
وأضاف المهندي أن جناح بروة في المعرض سيضم أيضاً مشروع المدينة العمالية –على طريق سلوى، وهو أحدث المبادرات التي قدمتها بروة في نهاية عام 2017 لتلبية احتياجات قطاع العمال، ويستهدف تحسين أوضاع سكن العمال وتلبية احتياجات السوق المحلي للمساكن الخاصة للعمال من خلال تطوير بيئة سكنية مستدامة من حيث الجودة والأمن وتوفير كافة الخدمات والمرافق المطلوبة. وتعتزم المجموعة الانتهاء من تطويره في ديسمبر هذا العام، ليمثل أيضاً نموذجاً تطبيقياً لفلسفة التطوير الجديدة التي تحقق التوازن بين الجودة والسعر.;
