التنمية الإدارية: 928 باحث عن عمل تم ترشيحهم على 2065 وظيفة
DOHA: The Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs announced yesterday it had received scores of job seeking citizens of different education levels, pointing that the number of candidates on the first day was 928 and they were nominated to 2,065 jobs.
The Ministry explained in a press statement on the turnout on the first day of activating the electronic nominating system filtering for jobs in the government and private sectors, that job seekers only need to enter the website of the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs and choose the link of the system of nomination to Jobs, then key-in their the ID number and phone number, and finally key-in the passcode received by text message.
The Ministry added that the system allows job seeker to view the available openings in different institutions and select up to three job opportunities.
The job seeker will then receive a text message confirming that they have completed registration.
The statement added that that due to some of the observations received on the first day from job seekers, which requires applying some adjustments, the system has been put on hold to add the required updates and raise its efficiency so that users can view all open vacancies and select the suitable jobs according to their qualifications.
The Ministry further said that the system will be resumed this morning.
أوضحت وزارة التنمية الإدارية والعمل والشؤون الاجتماعية في بيان صحفي حول الاقبال في اليوم الأول لتفعيل نظام الترشيح الالكتروني لشغل الوظائف بالقطاعين الحكومي والخاص، أن الوزارة استقبلت أعداد كبيرة من المواطنين الباحثين عن عمل من مختلف المستويات العلمية.
وقد بلغ عدد المرشحين في اليوم الأول 928 باحث عن عمل حيث تم ترشيحهم على 2065وظيفة .
وتتمثل آلية العمل في دخول موقع وزارة التنمية الإدارية والعمل والشؤون الاجتماعية واختيار رابط نظام الترشيح على الوظائف، ادخال رقم البطاقة الشخصية ورقم هاتف الباحث عن عمل المسجل لدى الوزارة، ادخال رمز المرور الذي تم استقباله عبر الرسالة النصية، الخطوة التالية يتاح للباحث عن عمل الاطلاع على الوظائف المتاحة بمختلف الجهات واختيار 3 فرص وظيفية بحد أقصى، بعد ذلك يستقبل الباحث عن عمل رسالة نصية تفيد استكمال إجراءات ترشيحه.
ونظرا لبعض الملاحظات التي تم استقبالها في اليوم الأول من الباحثين عن العمل والتي تتطلب بعض التعديلات كتصنيف وترشيح الوظائف بحسب التخصصات .
لذا تم وقف العمل على النظام لإضافة التحديثات المطلوبة ورفع كفاءة النظام بحيث تظهر كل الوظائف للباحثين عن عمل بحسب مؤهلاتهم بغض النظر عن التخصصات ويمكن للباحث اختيار الوظيفة المناسبة له. وسوف يعاد العمل بالنظام غداُ صباحاُ بتاريخ 2/4/2018 ويستطيع الباحثين الدخول على النظام مجددا لاستكمال عملية الترشيح .
