West Elm Jensen Rectangular style glass table recalled
الاقتصاد تستدعي طاولة وست إلم الزجاجية
Doha: The Ministry of Economy and Commerce, in collaboration with M H Alshaya Co, has announced the recall of West Elm Jensen Rectangular style glass table over the risk of the sudden shattering of the glass top which leads to danger of injury.
The ministry said the recall campaign comes within the framework of its ongoing efforts to ensure that suppliers follow up on product defects and repair them in a bid to protect consumers.
The ministry said that it will coordinate with the dealer to follow up on the maintenance and repair works and will communicate with customers to ensure that the necessary repairs are carried out.
The ministry has urged all customers to stop using the product and to contact the company for necessary action.
أعلنت وزارة الاقتصاد والتجارة بالتعاون مع شركة محمد حمود الشايع عن استدعاء طاولة وست إلم الزجاجية وذلك نظراً لوجود عيب مصنعي في الزجاج العلوي مما قد يؤدي إلى تكسيره وحدوث خطر الإصابة بجروح ، ويأتي هذا الاجراء في إطار التنسيق والمتابعة المستمرة من وزارة الاقتصاد والتجارة للتأكد من مدى التزام وتقيد الوكلاء بمتابعة عيوب السلعة وتصحيحها لحماية حقوق المستهلكين . وقد دعت الوزارة الى التوقف عن استخدام المنتج والتواصل مع الشركة لإعادة المنتج.
