“المواصلات والاتصالات” تحصل على الشهادة العالمية في إدارة الجودة
DOHA: The Ministry of Transport and Communications has obtained its ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems certification from the British Standards Institution (BSI).
The certification, maintained by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), is a globally recognised metric validating the quality of an institution’s management, planning and quality systems.
MOTC was awarded the certification following an intensive, all-out external audit from BSI team, who, after conducting a review of all processes, saw to what extent MOTC’s administrative system is complaint to internationally recognised standards and practices.
This achievement corresponds to MOTC’s strategy for building a safe, sustainable and efficient transportation system capable of providing unique services.
The Ministry also works on developing Qatar’s ICT sector in line with best standards and quality systems worldwide.
“Obtaining this well-known certification is a new achievement added to a series of MOTC accomplishments. It reflects MOTC’s effort and hard work toward its employees to continue upgrading and promoting all departments to hit new levels of success,” said Minister of Transport and Communications H E Jassim bin Saif Al Sulaiti.
This certification, he added, “proves MOTC is committed to implementing the highest quality standards and best management practices with a view to supporting its strategy that aims to provide better services.”
حصلت وزارة المواصلات والاتصالات على الشهادة العالمية في إدارة الجودة “ISO 9001: 2015″، والتي تعد من أهم الشهادات العالمية التي تمنح للجهات تقديرا لالتزامها بالمقاييس التي وضعتها المنظمة الدولية للمعايير (ISO).
وأوضحت الوزارة في بيان لها اليوم، أن هذا الاعتراف الدولي جاء عقب عملية تدقيق خارجية شاملة ومكثفة من قبل المعهد البريطاني للمعايير (bsi)، أثبتت من خلالها امتثال النظام الإداري في وزارة المواصلات والاتصالات للمقاييس المتعارف عليها عالميا وفق المنظمة الدولية للمعايير (ISO).
وأضاف البيان أن هذا الإنجاز جاء ليتماشى مع استراتيجية الوزارة في بناء منظومة نقل فعالة وآمنة ومستدامة تقدم خدمات متميزة، بالإضافة إلى تطوير قطاع الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، بما يراعي الالتزام بتطبيق أعلى معايير الجودة.
وبهذه المناسبة، قال سعادة السيد جاسم بن سيف السليطي وزير المواصلات والاتصالات إن الحصول على هذه الشهادة المرموقة يعد إنجازاً جديداً يضاف إلى سلسلة إنجازات الوزارة، ليترجم الجهد والعمل الدؤوب لموظفيها نحو الارتقاء بإدارات الوزارة لمستويات جديدة من النجاح.
وأضاف سعادته ” أن هذه الشهادة تبرهن على التزام الوزارة باتباع أعلى مقاييس الجودة وتقديمها أفضل الممارسات ذات المعايير العالمية في نظام الإدارة، وذلك دعما لاستراتيجيتها الرامية للارتقاء بمستوى الخدمات المقدمة، وتطوير أدائها المؤسسي بشكل مستمر”. مؤكدا على أن نظام الإدارة في الوزارة حقق الأهداف المنشودة له خلال فترة وجيزة.
