Cabinet affirms continuation of precautionary measures to combat pandemic
مجلس الوزراء يؤكد استمرار العمل بالتدابير الاحترازية لمكافحة الجائحة
QNA – Doha:
The Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, H E Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al Thani, chaired the Cabinets regular meeting held this evening through video conference.
The Minister of Justice and Acting Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs, H E Dr. Issa bin Saad Al Jafali Al Nuaimi, stated the following: At the beginning of the meeting, the Cabinet heard the explanation given by H E the Minister of Public Health on the latest developments to reduce the spread of the coronavirus.
The Cabinet affirmed the continuation of the precautionary measures taken. Cabinet considered the topics on the agenda as follows: First: Approval of a draft law amending some provisions of Law No. 1 of 1986 regarding the registration of pharmaceutical companies.
Second: Approving a draft law amending some provisions of Law No. 12 of 1998 organising the Central Municipal Council and referring it to the Shura Council. Third: Approval of: A- A draft decision by the Minister of Justice to issue rules for the obligations of real estate brokers and notaries empowered with requirements to combat money laundering and terrorist financing. B – A draft decision by the Minister of Justice to issue rules for the obligations of lawyers with the requirements of combating money laundering and terrorist financing.
Fourth: Approving the draft decision of the Minister of Commerce and Industry in the executive regulations of Law No. (1) of 2019 regulating non-Qatari capital in economic activity.
The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has prepared a draft of that decision within the framework of the implementation of the provisions of Law No. 1 of 2019 referred to.
Fifth: Approving the provisions of Law No. (24) of 2002 regarding retirement and pensions for some departments. Sixth: Approving an agreement on mutual exemption from visa requirements for holders of ordinary passports between the governments of the State of Qatar and the Republic of Azerbaijan. Seventh: The Cabinet reviewed the results of the extraordinary meeting of the GCC Committee of Labor Ministers.

ترأس معالي الشيخ خالد بن خليفة بن عبدالعزيز آل ثاني، رئيس مجلس الوزراء ووزير الداخلية الاجتماع العادي الذي عقده المجلس مساء اليوم عبر تقنية الاتصال المرئي.
وعقب الاجتماع أدلى سعادة الدكتور عيسى بن سعد الجفالي النعيمي، وزير العدل والقائم بأعمال وزير الدولة لشؤون مجلس الوزراء بما يلي:
في بداية الاجتماع استمع مجلس الوزراء إلى الشرح الذي قدمه سعادة وزير الصحة العامة حول آخر المستجدات والتطورات للحد من انتشار فيروس كورونا (كوفيد-19).
وأكد المجلس على استمرار العمل بما تم اتخاذه من إجراءات وتدابير احترازية في سبيل مكافحة هذا الوباء.
وبعد ذلك نظر المجلس في الموضوعات المدرجة على جدول الأعمال على النحو التالي:
أولا : الموافقة على مشروع قانون بتعديل بعض أحكام القانون رقم (1) لسنة 1986 بشأن تسجيل شركات الأدوية ومنتجاتها.
ثانيا : الموافقة على مشروع قانون بتعديل بعض أحكام القانون رقم (12) لسنة 1998 بتنظيم المجلس البلدي المركزي وعلى إحالته إلى مجلس الشورى.
ثالثا : الموافقة على :
أ- مشروع قرار وزير العدل بإصدار قواعد التزامات الوسطاء العقاريين والموثقين المفوضين بمتطلبات مكافحة غسل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب.
ب- مشروع قرار وزير العدل بإصدار قواعد التزامات المحامين بمتطلبات مكافحة غسل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب.
رابعا : الموافقة على مشروع قرار وزير التجارة والصناعة باللائحة التنفيذية للقانون رقم (1) لسنة 2019 بتنظيم رأس المال غير القطري في النشاط الاقتصادي.
وقد أعدت وزارة التجارة والصناعة مشروع ذلك القرار في إطار تنفيذ أحكام القانون رقم (1) لسنة 2019 المشار إليه.
خامسا : الموافقة على سريان أحكام القانون رقم (24) لسنة 2002 بشأن التقاعد والمعاشات على بعض الجهات .
سادسا : الموافقة على اتفاقية بشأن الإعفاء المتبادل من متطلبات تأشيرة الدخول لحاملي جوازات السفر العادية بين حكومة دولة قطر وحكومة جمهورية أذربيجان .
سابعا : استعرض مجلس الوزراء نتائج الاجتماع الاستثنائي للجنة وزراء العمل بدول مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية الذي عقد بتاريخ 15/ 4/ 2020 عبر تقنية الاتصال المرئي، واتخذ بشأنها القرار المناسب.
