New Batch of Qatari Experts Take Legal Oath at Ministry of Justice

Doha: Nine Qatari experts took the legal oath, today, at the Ministry of Justice, in their capacity as experts accredited before the judicial authorities in the country in accordance with the controls stipulated in Law No. (16) of 2017 regulating the work of expertise.
The experts were handed registration certificates to carry out their duties, after they were registered in the roster experts at the Experts Department at the Ministry of Justice.
This batch includes a number of national cadres with expertise in various disciplines, including safety and environment, building and construction contract engineering, civil engineering, engineering project management, and accounting.
HE Minister of Justice and Acting Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Dr. Issa bin Saad Al Jafali Al Nuaimi expressed his confidence that this batch will constitute a qualitative addition to their colleagues from the judiciary.
His Excellency affirmed the Ministry of Justice’s keenness to encourage and qualify Qatari experts in various fields, especially the subtle and rare specializations that meet the needs of society in some cases that require such expertise.
As part of its efforts to strengthen the national cadre of experts, the Ministry of Justice is currently working to increase the number of experts and diversify their fields of expertise, especially accurate and rare technical expertise.
An advanced system for the roster of experts has been developed with the aim of documenting and registering various experiences in all disciplines, with the establishment of rules governing how experts are registered in the rosters and authorizing experts to engage in expert work.

الدوحة: أدى تسعة خبراء قطريين اليمين القانونية، يوم الأمس، بوزارة العدل، بصفتهم خبراء معتمدين أمام السلطات القضائية في الدولة وفقا للضوابط الواردة في القانون رقم (16) لسنة 2017 بتنظيم أعمال الخبرة.
وتم تسليم الخبراء شهادات القيد لمباشرة مهامهم، وذلك بعد أن تم قيدهم ضمن خبراء الجدول لدى إدارة الخبراء في وزارة العدل.
وتشمل هذه الدفعة عددا من الكوادر الوطنية من أصحاب الخبرة في تخصصات مختلفة، تشمل السلامة والبيئة، وهندسة عقود البناء والتشييد، والهندسة المدنية، وإدارة المشاريع الهندسية، والمحاسبة.
وأعرب سعادة الدكتور عيسى بن سعد الجفالي النعيمي، وزير العدل والقائم بأعمال وزير الدولة لشؤون مجلس الوزراء، عن ثقته بأن هذه الدفعة ستشكل إضافة نوعية لزملائهم من أعوان القضاء.
وأكد سعادته حرص وزارة العدل على تشجيع الخبراء القطريين وتأهيلهم في مختلف المجالات، لاسيما التخصصات الدقيقة والنادرة التي تلبي احتياجات المجتمع في بعض القضايا التي تتطلب مثل هذه الخبرات.
وتعكف وزارة العدل على إعداد وتأهيل كوادر وخبرات وطنية تأهيلا متكاملا، وتعمل على استقطاب أصحاب الخبرات لتعزيز كفاءة أعمال الخبرة أمام الجهات القضائية وتوفير الخبرات الفنية اللازمة في مختلف المجالات والتخصصات، وبما يحقق الأهداف التي تسعى وزارة العدل إلى تحقيقها بتوفير خبرات متميزة تواكب النهضة الشاملة التي تشهدها الدولة في كافة المجالات وبما يسهم في ترسيخ العدالة .
وضمن جهودها لتعزيز الكادر الوطني من الخبراء، تعمل وزارة العدل حاليا على زيادة أعداد الخبراء وتنويع مجالات خبراتهم، لاسيما الخبرات الفنية الدقيقة والنادرة، حيث تم استحداث نظام متطور لجدول الخبراء وذلك بهدف توثيق وقيد الخبرات المختلفة في كافة التخصصات، مع وضع قواعد تنظم كيفية قيد الخبراء بالجداول والتصريح للخبراء بمزاولة أعمال الخبرة.
