4 sites created within the “park and ride” parking project

Doha: The Ministry of Transport said that the construction of 4 sites has been completed within the “Park and Ride” parking project, which is one of the main projects within the public transport infrastructure program in the State of Qatar.

The ministry confirmed, via its official Twitter account, that the “Park and Ride” parking provides support for the public transport network and the operations of the Doha Metro for residents, visitors, and fans at the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

The parking spaces are located near Doha Metro stations in 4 main locations:

قالت وزارة المواصلات إنه تم الانتهاء من إنشاء 4 مواقع ضمن مشروع مواقف “اركن وتنقل” الذي يعد أحد المشاريع الرئيسية ضمن برنامج البنية التحتية لحافلات النقل العام في دولة قطر.

واكدت الوزارة عبر حسابها الرسمي في تويتر، أن مواقف “اركن وتنقل” توفر الدعم لشبكة النقل العام وعمليات تشغيل مترو الدوحة للمستخدمين من أفراد المجتمع والزوار والمشجعين في بطولة كأس العالم لكرة القدم 2022.

وتتواجد المواقف قرب محطات مترو الدوحة في 4 مواقع رئيسية هي:
