Woqod opens new Umm Slal petrol station

Doha: As part of it’s ongoing expansion plans to be able to serve every area in the country, Qatar Fuel (Woqod) opened Umm Slal petrol station, on Al Majd Road, yesterday, raising its network of petrol stations to 105.
Woqod’s Managing Director & CEO, Saad Rashid Al Muhannadi, said: “We are pleased to open a new petrol station in Umm Slal, Al Majd Road, Woqod aspires to expand its petrol station network in the country to meet the rising demand for petroleum products and achieve the goal of providing customers with access to best-in-class products and services at their convenience and comfort. Woqod team would like to extend their gratitude to all concerned governmental and private entities that contributed to the completion of this project.”
New Umm Slal petrol station is spread over an area of 28,000 square meters and has four lanes with eight dispensers for light vehicles, and two lanes with four dispensers for Heavy Vehicles, which will serve Umm Slal area, Al Majd Road and its neighbourhood.
Umm Al Slal petrol station offers round-the-clock services to residents, and includes Sidra convenience store, manual car wash, oil change and tyre repair, for Light Vehicles and sale of LPG cylinders “SHAFAF”, in addition to sale of gasoline and diesel products for light vehicles and heavy vehicles.

افتتحت قطر للوقود «وقود» أمس محطة أم صلال على طريق المجد، ليصل عدد محطاتها الإجمالي إلى 105 محطات.
وبهذه المناسبة، صرح السيد سعد راشد المهندي -الرئيس التنفيذي والعضو المنتدب للشركة- قائلاً: «يسرّنا اليوم افتتاح محطة أم صلال على طريق المجد، لتلبية احتياجات عملائنا الكرام في هذه المنطقة وما حولها»، مؤكداً أن افتتاح المحطة الجديدة من شأنه أن يترجم خطط «وقود» الطموحة في توسيع شبكة محطاتها، وتسهيل الوصول إليها، كما يهدف إلى تلبية الطلب المتزايد على المنتجات البترولية في السوق المحلية، وضمان توفير منتجات وخدمات عالية الجودة لجميع العملاء في أنحاء الدولة»، معرباً عن شكر الشركة، وتقديرها لكل الجهات ذات العلاقة التي أسهمت وتسهم في إنجاز مشروعاتها الحيوية.
وتبلغ مساحة محطة أم صلال 28000 متر مربع، وتحتوي المحطة على 4 خطوط، تتضمن 8 مضخات لتعبئة الوقود للمركبات الخفيفة، كما تحتوي على خطين يتضمنان 4 مضخات لتعبئة الديزل للشاحنات، وذلك لخدمة مرتادي منطقة أم صلال على طريق المجد والمناطق المجاورة لها. وتقدّم محطة أم صلال لعملائها خدمات على مدار الساعة، بما في ذلك: متجر سدرة للمستلزمات اليومية، وخدمات غسيل السيارات اليدوي، وتغيير الزيوت، وإصلاح الإطارات للمركبات الخفيفة، فضلاً عن مراكز توزيع اسطوانات الغاز «شفاف»، بالإضافة إلى توفير جميع أنواع المنتجات البترولية للمركبات الخفيفة، والديزل للشاحنات.
