Qatar Museums Calls On Innovators to join “Al-Najada initiative”

Doha: As part of its interest in nurturing an integrated creative community, Qatar Museums renewed its invitation to creators, artists, and businessmen to participate in the Creative Najada event, which allows them to present their works to the public, in addition to exchanging experiences and forming partnerships.

Today, Al Najada has transformed from a simple street in one of Doha’s oldest neighborhoods to a comprehensive and production-oriented creative group, hosting a diverse community of senior and emerging innovators who focus on the modern crafts thriving in Qatar, including contemporary heritage, culinary arts, and digital experiences.

Al Najada community is made up of artists, craftsmen, designers, artificers, and chefs looking to share experiences and form partnerships, as well as showcase their work to the world.

Museums announced their desire to attract individuals and entrepreneurs, working in one of the modern crafts, and aspiring to belong to a society that encourages learning and cooperation.

Application submittion deadline has been set for Saturday, September 17th.

الدوحة: في إطار اهتمامها برعاية مجتمع إبداعي متكامل، جددت متاحف قطر دعوتها للمبدعين والفنانين ورجال الأعمال للمشاركة في فعالية النجادة الإبداعية، والتي تتيح لهم عرض أعمالهم أمام الجمهور، إضافة الى تبادل الخبرات وتكوين الشراكات.

وتحول النجادة اليوم من حي بسيط من أقدم أحياء الدوحة، إلى مجموعة إبداعية شاملة وموجهة نحو الإنتاج، ويستضيف مجتمعاً متنوعاً من كبار المبدعين والناشئين الذين ينصب اهتمامهم على الحرف الحديثة المزدهرة في قطر، بما في ذلك التراث المعاصر وفنون الطهي والتجارب الرقمية.

يتألف مجتمع النجادة من الفنانين والحرفيين والمصممين والصناع والطهاة الذين يتطلعون إلى تبادل الخبرات وتكوين الشراكات، إضافة إلى عرض أعمالهم أمام العالم.

وأعلنت متاحف رغبتها في استقطاب أفراد ومؤسسات ناشئة أو كبيرة تعمل في إحدى الحرف الحديثة، وتطمح إلى الانتماء لمجتمع يحث على التعلم والتعاون. وقد حدد آخر موعد لتقديم الطلبات اليوم السبت الموافق 17 سبتمبر الجاري.
