MME made over 363,800 transactions in 8 months

DOHA: The Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) completed 363,857 transactions and services to the public at the level of its subsidiaries during the period from January 1 to the end of August this year, said a press release yesterday.

The Ministry said that these transactions included 274,815 transactions in the municipal sector, which includes eight municipalities; 52,206 transactions in the agriculture and fish sector; 9,854 transactions in the environment sector; 14,816 in public services and 1,107 in urban planning sector, in addition to 11,059 transactions in building permits complex.

These transactions were executed through several channels, such as the Ministry’s website, smart phone apps, phone calls and service centres.

أنجزت وزارة البلدية والبيئة حوالي (363 ألفاً و857) معاملة وخدمة للجمهور على مستوى القطاعات التابعة لها، وذلك خلال الفترة من أول يناير إلى نهاية أغسطس من العام الجاري 2018.

وذكرت الوزارة أن هذه المعاملات المنجزة شملت 274815 معاملة في قطاع البلديات الذي يضم ثمان بلديات، و52206 معاملة في قطاع شؤون الزراعة والثروة السمكية، و9854 معاملة في قطاع شؤون البيئة، و14816 في قطاع شؤون الخدمات العامة، و1107 في قطاع شؤون التخطيط العمراني، بالإضافة إلى 11059 معاملة في مجمع رخص المباني.

جدير بالذكر أن تقديم هذه المعاملات تم عبر وسائل عديدة، مثل الموقع الإلكتروني لوزارة البلدية والبيئة، وتطبيق الوزارة على الهواتف الذكية والخدمة الهاتفية الذاتية ومراكز الخدمات.;
