Minister of Education forms Nursing School Board
تشكيل مجلس أمناء كلية علوم التمريض وبرنامج الماجستير بمركز حكم القانون
DOHA: Minister of Education and Higher Education, H E Dr. Mohammed bin Abdul Wahed Al Hammadi issued yesterday a ministerial decision forming the board of trustees of the Nursing Sciences School under the chairmanship of Sheikh Dr Khalid bin Jabr Al Thani to lead and supervise the school in order to serve the public interest.
According to the decision, the board of trustees, which serves a three-year term, chooses a vice chairman from its members and names a school staff as secretary, reported QNA.
In addition, the Minister also issued a ministerial decision licensing the Rule of Law and Anti-Corruption Center in Qatar to offer a master’s degree program in law (LLM), with the license running for four renewable years according to the licensing and accreditation standards of the country’s higher education institutions.
The decision stipulates that the Rule of Law and Anti-Corruption Center shall offer the program in cooperation with University of Sussex. It also stipulates that the agreement with the university cannot be canceled and the program cannot be suspended without the approval of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education.
أصدر سعادة الدكتور محمد بن عبدالواحد الحمادي، وزير التعليم والتعليم العالي قرارا وزاريا بتشكيل مجلس أمناء كلية علوم التمريض برئاسة سعادة الشيخ الدكتور خالد بن جبر آل ثاني، وذلك لإدارة الكلية والإشراف عليها تحقيقا لمقتضيات المصلحة العامة.
ووفقا للقرار الوزاري، يختار مجلس أمناء الكلية، الذي تستمر مدة عضويته ثلاث سنوات، نائبا للرئيس من بين أعضائه، كما يختار موظفا من الكلية للقيام بأعمال أمانة السر.
من ناحية أخرى، أصدر سعادة وزير التعليم والتعليم العالي قرارا وزاريا يرخص بموجبه لمركز حكم القانون ومكافحة الفساد في قطر بتقديم برنامج الماجستير في القانون “LLM ” على أن تكون مدة ترخيص البرنامج أربع سنوات قابلة للتجديد وفقا لمعايير الترخيص والاعتماد لمؤسسات التعليم العالي بالدولة.
ووفقا لأحكام القرار، يقدم مركز حكم القانون ومكافحة الفساد البرنامج المرخص به، بالتعاون مع جامعة ساسكس (Sussex) البريطانية، ولا يجوز له إلغاء الاتفاق مع الجامعة أو إيقاف الدراسة في البرنامج إلا بعد الحصول على موافقة وزارة التعليم والتعليم العالي.
