بوابة حكومي تحصل على المرتبة الأولى في النفاذ الإلكتروني
DOHA: Qatar e-Government Portal Hukoomi was ranked first in web accessibility for Assistive Technology Center (Mada) in April, out of 124 entities. The portal currently includes more than 1400 services, with more than 650 online services that can be completed online.
Tareq Al Emadi, Qatar e-Government Portal Hukoomi Department Manager, said: “We would like to thank Mada on the great, fruitful cooperation between us, and we are looking forward to the continuation of joint efforts, for the purpose of empowering persons with disabilities and enabling them to easily access the digital content.”
Al Emadi added, “We are very pleased with this special achievement that reflects Hukoomi’s great efforts in offering a rich content of services and information that is easily accessible by all audiences.
The portal currently includes more than 1400 services, with more than 650 online services that can be completed online by individuals, visitors, businesses, and government entities, such as health, education, business services, and much more”.
Al Emadi pointed out that Hukoomi portal has been going through various stages of development and enhancements, since its launch in 2008, by offering more services and information, until the launch of the current version that offers a unique user experience by enhancing the search feature functionalities and enabling persons with disabilities to use the portal.
Hukoomi for Persons with Disability portal has been launched, as an initiative from Mada Center, and in collaboration with Hukoomi portal, to connect persons with disability with their families, caregivers and service providers, and providing them with useful resources and topics.
حصلت بوابة حكومة قطر الإلكترونية “حكومي” على المرتبة الأولى في النفاذ الإلكتروني الخاص بمركز التكنولوجيا المساعدة “مدى” لشهر أبريل 2018، من بين 124 جهة.
وبهذه المناسبة، قال السيد طارق العمادي، مدير إدارة البوابة الحكومية الإلكترونية “حكومي”: “نشكر مركز مدى على التعاون الكبير والمثمر بيننا، ونأمل في استمرار الجهود المشتركة التي من شأنها تمكين الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة من الوصول إلى المحتوى الرقمي بسهولة ويسر”.
وأضاف العمادي: “نحن سعداء بهذا الإنجاز المميز الذي يعكس حرص بوابة حكومي على توفير محتوى ثري من الخدمات والمعلومات يسهل على جميع فئات الجمهور الوصول إليه.
وتشمل البوابة حاليًا أكثر من 1400 خدمة؛ منها أكثر من 650 خدمة إلكترونية يمكن للأفراد والزوار والشركات والجهات الحكومية، إنجازها إلكترونيًا بشكل كامل، مثل خدمات الصحة والتعليم والأعمال وغيرها”.
وأشار العمادي إلى أن بوابة حكومي مرت بمراحل تطوير وتحديث عديدة منذ انطلاقها في العام 2008، من خلال إضافة المزيد من المعلومات والخدمات وصولاً إلى النسخة الحالية التي تقدم تجربة فريدة للمستخدم من خلال تحسين وظائف البحث وتمكين المستخدمين من ذوي الإعاقة من استخدام البوابة.
جدير بالذكر أنه قد تم إطلاق بوابة حكومي للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، بمبادرة من مركز مدى وبالتعاون مع بوابة حكومي، لتعمل كحلقة وصل بين الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وعائلاتهم ومقدمي الرعاية والخدمات لهم، ولتتيح لهم سهولة النفاذ إلى مصادر المعلومات التي تهمهم في شتى المجالات مثل إيجاد التعليم المناسب، كيفية التقدم بطلب الحصول على فوائد الضمان الاجتماعي وأماكن الحصول على الرعاية الصحية والتأهيل الطبي وغيرها من المعلومات المفيدة.
